Bought one of this guys lighthouses. Told him what I wanted and where it would be and asked for his recommendation which he gave - that is where the good points ended. I got the most expensive rotating light assembly available and it failed within 6 months of minimal use (an hour a night 3 or 4 nights a week). Contacted this guy and he was more than happy to let me buy a new assembly but nothing more. Now I find it has literally fallen apart and rotted out in three places. So much for "quality" and this was supposed to be an outdoor, durable, long lasting thing. I don't recall the exact amount I paid for it - but I could have gotten 3 times the quality from an amish builder. read more

I contacted lighthouseman.com in November of 2021 asking if he could match colors if I sent them a picture and he replied the very next day. After thinking what size to order I took the plunge and after three months ordered a 5 foot polywood windmill in the colors I needed. Well the ordering was easy and after three months he still remembered the first email I sent. The responses with feedback was great and he kept me informed on the progress. I received the windmill. Upon unpacking it was damaged. I sent Lighthouse Man a picture of the damage and he took care of everything. Shipping and pick up. Great service. They built the new parts and shipped out the next week. To make a long story short it is gorgeous. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. The colors were a perfect match. The lighthouse I purchased from Lighthouse man is beyond my expectations. Kevin the owner was so helpful everytime I called him. He answered my many questions with patience and kindness. It was so hard to make the right decision but after talking with him I decided on the deluxe stucco Fenwick with base. It arrived when expected in perfect condition. Great care was taken in the packaging. It's all set up and looking charming on my patio. Also, the Fed Ex guy was very helpful too. He put it on my patio instead of my porch to make it easier. The most disappointing experience in my 63 years. I have NEVER written a bad review. Kevin may be nice, until you have a complaint. I only had the lighthouse a couple weeks and the black started rippling from the 95-100 degree weather. The top was delivered with what look like plastic melted into the paint. Kevin blamed me and said I must have put something on it. Why would I put anything on a brand new product? Then when I sent the picture he noticed I lived on a lake so he decided that I should turn this into my home owners insurance stating the HOA probably sprayed mosquito repellent and the overspray affected the lighthouse. CRAZY! I was not asking for anything, although he eventually said he'd send me a new top, he didn't, it is the chance you take buying online. I want to ask how to see the lights through the windows but Kevin has been so negative and unprofessional that I don't bother. I've noticed when I see lighthouses on TV shows I was getting upset because I am so disappointed in the Lighthouse Man, praying that will change. From afar it looks good. I am just not as proud of this as my lawn ornament and the details. My Mom and brother would have loved one too. When they come over I just won't take them up to it, enjoy from afar. read more

My wife ordered the Multi Function Solar Revolving Beacon for our lighthouse. This light is a POS, the revolving feature is cheesy at best. It is a lot slower that what their video shows, about 1 second per led so about 8 seconds per revolution. The amount of light this unit throws off is about on par with a bathroom nite light. And the kicker is this isn't even their design. It's a Chesapeakcrafts unit which you can get on Amazon for $85. So Lighthouse man rips you off for an extra $35. I told my wife to get the one on Amazon but her know-it-all brother told her to get this one. If she would have gotten the one on Amazon it still would have been inferior but at least it would have been $35 less inferior. read more

I was very pleased with our 30″ set/3 Wooden Pier Post. I ordered it for my boyfriend who had expressed interest in having one in our new beach house.
