Let me start by saying I did NOT purchase my fiancés engagement ring or diamond here, but they are…read morestill getting 5 stars from me. I want to shoutout both the manager Lannea and the master jeweler Hector. The outside of the store is nice and clean as well as the inside. They have a locked door that is electronically unlocked from the inside once you walk in and get cleared by the staff member. Once inside, there is an armed guard right by the front door which I think is a smart move. I came here because I personally know Hector, used to work with him, and wanted him to be the one to work on my now fiancés engagement ring because I know his work is top tier. Being that this was December, I should have known that they would be extra busy when it came to repairs / sizings in general, but became a bit scared when I was originally told there would be a 3 week turnaround time when I needed it in one week. After I asked if I could pay for expedited processing, I was asked when I needed it by which is when I let the rep I spoke with know that I planned to propose one week from the date of my call. He asked to put me on hold to go speak with his manager (Lannea), and came back to let me know they could get it done for me by the date needed. I had such a big sigh of relief. Fast forward I dropped it off that Sunday, and picked it up the next Saturday morning for me to use Saturday night. When I say they took care of me, I feel it is a massive understatement. When it comes time to upgrade the diamond, I'll be coming back here because of such an awesome experience. Thank you Lannea and Hector!
