She didn't look like she remembered me so I didn't remind her. She was a little helpful but come on this girl sold me fake Rolex she tried to say is real so how am I supposed to believe any thing she says ? I went in with a few things to sell and the first gentleman who attempted to assist me seemed…read morenice...but then he was pushed aside by a woman who I can only assume was his manager. She was rude and short with him and even more so with me. Her dismissive and flippant attitude added to her obvious anger which created a cloud of negativity across the entire store. She didn't take more than a single second to look at the box of things I brought, let alone even INSIDE the box. She didn't say hello, she didn't say goodbye, she didn't even look at me. She just huffed and puffed her way from her computer, told the gentleman who was about to help me, "I'mma deal with this - make it quicker." Pushed him out of the way. Glanced at the box. Muttered something close to, "Nerp, we ain't don't not be not wantin nones of dis na-ah hrmph." Then huffed and puffed her way back to the computer. At least the gentleman said, "Thanks for stopping by!" with a smile. I will never return. I suggest no one else does either.

Not only he quickly took a look at both certificates and gave me a comparison but he didn't even charge me for the service. Wow just now tried to get some estimates for selling some gold and silver coins and bars. Sales…read moreman ranted about how the price changes by the second (no duh). I explained that I was aware that prices are changing, but several websites like JM Bullion and Provident Metals post their prices and that you can call and they will lock the price while you mail the product to them and then they will send you the money upon receipt. The guy went ballistic and started rattling off prices for every kind of coin they buy. I tried to stop him and said I only have silver eagles and gold eagles to sell so I don't need to know all of the other coin prices. He got huffy and said he did not like my attitude and hung up on me. Seems strange that Christian is in the name when there is no Christian attitude in their sales people.
