Prompt, clean and professional. When looking for an early morning taxi to go to the airport this is the only company I would ever call to get me there. They're punctual and polite even at 4 am! Martha's Vineyard taxi's are not on a meter system but pre published rate schedules and extremely fair. Sit back, enjoy the ride and let someone that knows the road, the traffic and the route take you. To other writers (haters) if you need to go to the hospital ER, call and ambulance, if you need to catch a ferry, leave earlier. Ordered an exorbitantly priced taxi, showed up one hour late. Bad service from the customer service representative on the phone and rarely responded to our phone calls -- slow and unreliable service. Go to Uber or Lyft instead (even with limited availability). read more

This taxi service is the most expensive on the island. I am a local, I have lived on Martha's Vineyard since 2013. I had to go from my home to the hospital ER one way, it cost $20. They were the only taxi that would come immediately. It takes me 15 minutes to ride to the hospital on my bike from my home. I have taken many different taxis on island since 2013, disabled, don't drive, and this one way fare should have been $8 to $15. I won't name names, but there is one taxi service all the locals use, it's prompt, polite, reliable, and clean and it charges $8 for this fare. All the cabs I have taken the people are polite, and cabs are clean. This cab service was polite, prompt, clean, and they ripped me off !! The reason they were probably available is the word is out they way overcharge !! Needless to say, I went home from the hospital for $8. read more

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They did not notify us in advance that we would be sharing our ride with another party, not only exposing us to an unknown group during COVID, but also causing us to be late for our ferry given the extra stop. Additionally, they charge the same amount regardless of the number of people in the taxi, which is just egregious. So, not only was it expensive to begin with, but we were not able to share the cost with the 4 extra people we picked up, despite the fact that that was not our choice to share our ride with strangers during a global pandemic. After having excellent service from them for years they showed up 45 min late on a big day for us. Then, at the end of the night, they failed to answer our calls or pick us up despite promising to. Very unprofessional and we'll not do business with them again. read more

Probably the most pleasant taxi service on the island. Great door to door service, on time, honest and trustworthy.

Do not use this company. My 91-year-old mother who has lived on the island for 52 years, had to carry her own bags down two flights of steps while the driver, a young man, watched her. He was late, and then drove into Edgartown to pick up six women, all heading to the airport. She again had to lift her own bag and was charged $25, while the other six paid $10 each, plus tip. The only reason she used this company was because she was remaining loyal to what she thought was the new owner, a woman. Meanwhile, she was only charged $22 when she used them 3 weeks earlier from the airport. read more
