Then they said it would be three more weeks before I could get another appointment. With that kind of service I'll go with somebody else.

After he left, I looked online and it was about $75 of chemicals. I called up to complain and the company escalated it internally and responded by refunding $100. It was fine result in the end, but left me wondering how many other customers dramatically overpaid and did not complain? So word-to-the-wise, don't get upsold on the chemicals. Refuse the offer and go buy it elsewhere at different online retailer or Home Dept or whatever.

I recently had an issue with my mini split, and I called for a service. I was told to service the unit the cost would be between $159 and $250. The service person came and went, no information was provide on the service he perform expect to say it was a deep clean. A few weeks later I received the bill in the mail for $380, well that is way more than what was told to me. The bill also did not have any details on the service performed, the bill states a "Tune Up Ductless". When I spoke to the person who handles the billing, she said that is the price and sorry I was told something different. She did offer to deduct $25. Also the office person said the credit card they have on file is no longer valid, I did not even know they had my credit card still on file and never gave permission to charge without my knowledge. This is terrible customer service and a dishonest business. When a price is given every effort should be made to honor that price and if it is going to be substantially more like, in my case, then that should be told up front prior to work being started.
