He knew exactly how to fix the phone and said it would take an hour or so. He did say it would have be reset back to a new phone. No problem iPhones are easy enough to set up. Dropped my bike off for simple part replacement. No part in stock so they told they would order it…read moreand it should be complete in 3-4 days. No call from them so I called. Guy took forever to update but said the bike would take another couple days. A week later I called again. "We'll get back to you" No call. So 2 and a half weeks later I call and am told that the bike has been ready ( they never called me), and I can pick it up. No apology, no mention that they poorly communicated. I picked the bike up and they offered a discount, but I refused as it was never about $$. They are lousy communicators and don't seem to really care. But, they are busy, so good for them. I don't leave reviews much, and never bad ones, except this time.
