I asked if they did therapeutic massage and the female said yes. When I arrived the only Asian female said to follow her. No introduction. I had to ask her name and if she was the massage therapist. She showed me to a room and left, leaving the door partially open. Ten minutes into my massage time she had not returned. I called her name and she came. I asked if she wanted me under the small sheet on to of the table. She said no, to lay on top of it and she would cover me when she came back into the room. I told her I needed a sheet to cover up with. She put another small sheet on the table and left the room leaving the door open. I could see her in the hallway as I got on the table. She finally came into the room, 5 more minutes of my time gone. I tried to tell her what I needed her to work on. It went on deaf ears. Five minutes into the supposed massage and the phone starts ringing. She left the room and left the door open. I heard her tell a male to come now. When she came back into the room I asked if she had another therapist. She said the other therapist was shopping because they were slow. She had told me her name was Jenny and she was the owner. She then spoke on the phone in her native language, massaging me half ass with one hand. I heard the front door open and she left the room again leaving my door open. I heard her talk to and take a male who had arrived to another room. She returned, I am face down and Jenny is suddenly on the table with her crotch over my head and her knees on both sides of my head. She got off the table and someone another Asian female opened the door and they speak in their native language. She rubbed the same places until my skin was ready to come off. I had to keep telling her to move. She left the room again, came back and started using hot stones on me. I did not ask for hot stones or give permission for her to use hot stones and they were way too hot. I had to tell her they were too hot. With 15 minutes left and figuring she was not going to give me the 15 minutes she wasted in the beginning, I asked her to turn me over. She held the sheet up on the side of the table away from door so that my naked body was visible from the door. I barely got turned over and the door was opened again. A female was standing in the doorway and talked with a Jenny in her native language. The door remained wide open. The tone of the lengthy conversation sounded as if they were arguing. Both females left the room, again leaving my door open. I could literally hear Jenny cleaning her stones that I did not ask for, on my time. Tonight I received the best massage ever from Julie. I had a fall on concrete causing my low back…read moreto hurt. She has techniques that are amazing!! From using hot oil, hot stones plus the right amount of pressure to relax my back and aching muscles. I have had at least three massages from her. She has prevented me from having to go to the chiropractor. Her massages have helped with stiffness after doing a lot of driving. I would highly recommend Julie at Boiling Springs Massage Therapy.

I needed my neck & back tension relieved, every other place was booked. They were rude, rushed me to get undressed, busted in the room without knocking, made me pay prior to service, talked among themselves in their language over me as I was getting the massage, and a lot of running in and out the massage room! Unfortunately, I paid in advance with my cash app card and suggested that I will pay tip in cash. They are dressed in street clothes and at one point she hovered her hips above my head while massaging my back, NASTY! I have had massages numerous times in my life (80 plus times, including Thai massages) generally for hygiene purposes they would not have on jeans or street clothes doing this technique. I was so frustrated, therefore, I never relaxed during my session. There were no other customers in the salon, so it was no need for all this foolishness and chaos. At the end, I tipped 20% in cash and left. I went home and didn't go anywhere else until the next morning for a lunch date. I went to go to pay my lunch bill and noticed that seven of my credit/debit cards were missing including the card I used at Mae Mae's Massage. At that point, I realized that my purse was in the room with me the day before during all the traffic in and out a Mae Mae's. Less than 24 hrs I returned to ask if I left my card there. The first response from the staff, I was told "you didn't use a card, you used cash". They started lying and acting nervous and stated they wanted no trouble..... Hmmm. I never accused them of anything, the staff was nervous and started acting crazy. In my mind & spirit they were acting GUILTY! When I returned, my 20 yr old daughter was with me and had no clue what all transpired the day before. We left and my daughter immediately said "Mom, yeah those ladies are hiding something and are very unprofessional". I have no proof, however, I am not slow or naive. All cards were immediately reported stolen. I take full responsibility of allowing myself to be in this unprofessional, sketchy, ran down, trifling and nasty environment.
