I got a confirmation email for 90 mins as well. I couldn't wait to come here because I was having back and leg pain. When I got here I could tell I was probably one of the last appointments for the day. The girl up front was super friendly and also confirmed my 90 minute prenatal massage. I don't remember my therapist's name but she was very friendly and sweet. I'm rating this 2 stars because she talked the WHOLE time during my massage. I knew her whole life, her husband and kids, the church she went to, where she grew up, etc. I tried to be discreet and close my eyes to give her a hint but she did not take it. It was not relaxing at all. Although the massage was good, I was upset because she only gave me a 60 minute massage. I didn't realize it until I got dressed and saw the clock. I went back to the front and said something to the girl and front desk and she apologized. I didn't get charged for the 90 min massage but still I was really hoping for the full 90 mins. I have no desire to come back here again.

When I checked out, I explained the situation to the staff member at the front desk. She simply laughed, said "oh sorry," and then attempted to charge me an additional $20. I declined, as the service I received was already incomplete and disruptive and it was different from the price they have posted. This is not my first visit to Happy Feet, but it was by far the most disappointing. The lack of professionalism and dismissive response to my concerns were unacceptable. I will not be returning.

However, after being rudely confronted yesterday by the masseuse, I will take my business to else where. The appointment was as usual except the masseuse stopped a few times to go address walk in customers (which I noted). So at the end, I tipped accordingly (15%) because of the interruptions and this is when customer service went out the window. The tech started pointing at the little sticker that RECOMMENDED 20% to which I asked was it mandatory. She then wanted to keep going but I decided I had enough and left. My recommendation (as a paying customer) to this business is to let go of the entitled attitude, charge what you think you're talents are worth, and stop expecting your customers to give you what you think they should. People work hard for their money and can spend it how and on what they want. As a business, it is so unprofessional to try to argue/bully people into giving you what you feel you're entitled to.

I flip over and see 80+ minutes is gone and all I am is slimed. She asked face massage? I say sure, she rubbed by forehead and neck for 5 minutes. Now here's the thing, I booked this because I had a two day off road motorcycle class at BMW and my legs were trashed sore! Especially my quads. I ask if she will do my legs she says of course. She literally does that karate chop with the heel of her hands on one thigh, stops, leaves one hand on my hip and starts speaking Chinese. I think oh she's saying a prayer or something, that's nice. Nope she's speaking into a translation app and it tells me I should buy another 15 minutes for her to do my legs. I say no thank you kind of laughing to myself by this point how bad this is. And she pretty much quits right there. Nothing on the arms, barely anything on legs, sat down, yadda yadda. I get dressed come out and as she hands me a water she says "tip?" I laughed and asked if she was even a masseuse, of course she didn't understand. I handed $20 that I shouldn't have and left. I slept on it for a night before I wrote this review to make sure, as usually if something isn't good I don't write anything and if you look my reviews are typically positive. This was that bad. On another note my girlfriend got a massage at the same time (60 min) and said it was fair, at least it was symmetrical and all body parts were hit. I asked if they did therapeutic massage and the female said yes. When I arrived the only Asian female said to follow her. No introduction. I had to ask her name and if she was the massage therapist. She showed me to a room and left, leaving the door partially open. Ten minutes into my massage time she had not returned. I called her name and she came. I asked if she wanted me under the small sheet on to of the table. She said no, to lay on top of it and she would cover me when she came back into the room. I told her I needed a sheet to cover up with. She put another small sheet on the table and left the room leaving the door open. I could see her in the hallway as I got on the table. She finally came into the room, 5 more minutes of my time gone. I tried to tell her what I needed her to work on. It went on deaf ears. Five minutes into the supposed massage and the phone starts ringing. She left the room and left the door open. I heard her tell a male to come now. When she came back into the room I asked if she had another therapist. She said the other therapist was shopping because they were slow. She had told me her name was Jenny and she was the owner. She then spoke on the phone in her native language, massaging me half ass with one hand. I heard the front door open and she left the room again leaving my door open. I heard her talk to and take a male who had arrived to another room. She returned, I am face down and Jenny is suddenly on the table with her crotch over my head and her knees on both sides of my head. She got off the table and someone another Asian female opened the door and they speak in their native language. She rubbed the same places until my skin was ready to come off. I had to keep telling her to move. She left the room again, came back and started using hot stones on me. I did not ask for hot stones or give permission for her to use hot stones and they were way too hot. I had to tell her they were too hot. With 15 minutes left and figuring she was not going to give me the 15 minutes she wasted in the beginning, I asked her to turn me over. She held the sheet up on the side of the table away from door so that my naked body was visible from the door. I barely got turned over and the door was opened again. A female was standing in the doorway and talked with a Jenny in her native language. The door remained wide open. The tone of the lengthy conversation sounded as if they were arguing. Both females left the room, again leaving my door open. I could literally hear Jenny cleaning her stones that I did not ask for, on my time. From using hot oil, hot stones plus the right amount of pressure to relax my back and aching muscles. I have had at least three massages from her.
