With Elysian Energy, I recently completed the first two steps of our home electrification journey…read more They increased the capacity of our electric supply to 200 amps and replaced our old gas furnace + AC with a new high-efficiency heat pump. They made solid recommendations and were very easy to work with. The job was completed extremely well and the price was reasonable. I would say they actually exceeded my expectations. The new heat pump is amazing: it is nearly silent and yet it does a great job keeping my home warm. Definitely would recommend Elysian to others looking for a quality heat pump installation.

Edit to add: my ceiling DID collapse several months after I begged Elysian to have a look at my…read moreseparating ceiling (photos above). What. A. MESS! Thankfully, no one was in the room at the time. Messy, dirty, cough inducing insulation particles all over the room. Couldn't even open the door. Dealing with insurance now. Funny thing (not haha) - suddenly, Elysian 'found' all the documentation that my insurance company requested - the very documents they told me they didn't have and were not required to hold beyond 2 or 3 years. And just yesterday (7/5/24) the ceiling in the other room collapsed!! Can't open the door. Drywall and the horrible blown insulation ALL OVER THE ROOM!!! New insurance claim, and now my insurance premiums will probably be unaffordable if they don't drop me altogether. If only Elysian stood by their work, warranty or not, and if only they cared about very valid concerns expressed by past clients, I wouldn't have all this to deal with now. Again: CONSUMER BEWARE!

Sadly I couldn't do business with T&D Plumbing, but I wanted to write a review anyway!…read more I was looking for a local company that could replace our sewer line using pipe blasting. After talking with one of the guys and explaining our "crappy" situation, he said he would have to sub out the job and up-charge us. He was so kind to give me the names of the plumbers he uses for pipe blasting, I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you!

I am so grateful to T &D Plumbing for their subcontractor work for Northern Pipeline, contractor…read morefor BGE at the time that BGE has been re-piping the gas lines in Pikesville. So while I have no foundation to comment upon pricing (since eventually BGE is paying for their services), I can and will comment about how impressed I am with T&D's master plumber who followed in the wake of Northern Pipeline's work to replace the gas line to my home. I hadn't taken the time and don't have the technical background to realize that re-piping doesn't end with a new pipe (it looked more like a tube to me), but rather the job is really just beginning when Northern Pipeline has done their own miracle in ensuring that our landscaping wouldn't be harmed. The T&D professional had about a four-hour job, going well past normal business hours, to do in replacing the gas meter and all the strange-looking widgets that service the meter, making sure that no gas is leaking (he was incredibly attentive to that function), getting the venting working right, and re-lighting the gas boiler, the water heater, the gas range, and the standby electrical generator and making sure everything was back in business again. This man was incredibly patient, both with me and with Northern Pipeline, and there was no way he was going to let my wife be without the use of our gas range in preparing food for our Sabbath. I have kind words for how much I appreciate Northern Pipeline for saving our shrubbery, but the real hero of the day was the plumber from T&D (and of course whoever at Northern Pipeline selected T&D to do the inside-the-house part of the project).

Could you deliver her glasses the next day, which is Saturday? The young lady at the desk said, yes, absolutely. So, I paid $35.90 for the next day service. Earlier today, Saturday, 9 May 2026, 10:30 am, I checked the tracking online; I saw "Scheduled for delivery, Saturday, May 2026 by 6:00 pm." It is now 6:23 pm. At the time of writing this review, It says the same thing. "Scheduled for delivery, Saturday, May 2026 by 6:00 pm." (See the screenshot below). My wife leaves Atlanta tomorrow for Elkridge, MD. She would be probably be back home here in Elkridge when the packed addressed to her is delivered. Right now, I'm so upset that I'm fit to be tied. Why, what was the point of USPS charging me $35.90 for a service? The purpose of the next day service is, defeated. The $35.90, down the drain? Who is going to pay for shipping back the glasses? Shouldn't the USPS, at the minimum refund my $35.90, plus pay for returning the package back to Elkridge, Maryland? Anyone have any idea what to do? Update as at Sunday, 10 May 2026 The package is "Processing at destination" (See. the second screenshot.) A package that was promised tobe delivered Saturday, 6:00 pm. It's so unreal. SamuelT
