They made solid recommendations and were very easy to work with. The job was completed extremely well and the price was reasonable. I would say they actually exceeded my expectations. And just yesterday (7/5/24) the ceiling in the other room collapsed!! Can't open the door. Drywall and the horrible blown insulation ALL OVER THE ROOM!!! New insurance claim, and now my insurance premiums will probably be unaffordable if they don't drop me altogether. If only Elysian stood by their work, warranty or not, and if only they cared about very valid concerns expressed by past clients, I wouldn't have all this to deal with now. Again: CONSUMER BEWARE!

I said I needed an email receipt and as I'm holding the electronic pen in my hand to select that option on the screen and type in the email address, she rushed through and just printed out a receipt for me. The only upside to this location is that it is small and not crowded and I didn't have to carry the packages down a long hallway like some post offices. However, I think I can see why people might avoid this one. Luckily I don't live in the area and will most likely never need to go here again.

Will call them in the future. Details: This morning was on of those "oh, oh, what the ---!" mornings. New dishwasher just delivered and the crew to install it. But the kitchen shutoff wouldn't fully shut off the hot water. So the crew left the dishwasher without installing it. What now? So off to Yelp to find a good plumber to come out today. Some responses. Roto-Rooter was the one that could come within a hour. Others would take longer. We are glad we went with this service. The plumber arrived with the time told on the phone. He quickly assessed the valve and our plumbing. He had to search for the home's main shutoff valve. He found it, using good logic. Along the way, he gave great insights about the home's plumbing. No extra charge Oh, he made sure to put on shoe covers onside the house. My wife appreciates that. The replacement valve wasn't on his truck but he was able to go out and get it quickly. It was a better version of a shutoff valve than the old one. After replacing it, he checked to make sure it didn't leak. The bill was about $225. Well worth it for the quick service. Also, the repair has a one year warrant. Now to get the dishwasher installed, but that's another business to review.

Jose arrived at 8pm. 2) I had some sewage backup a few days before the appointment, but nothing since. Jose looks for any blockage and says there doesnt seem to be any issue. He checks it again by running water down the pipe and declares there's a small blockage and we wants to get the camera and snake to check it out. He says that will cost ***$1,400*** a cursory search says a snake should cost roughly $400-$800. I originally say sure, then decline before he gets his machine down the stairs to where the toilet is. 3) This one just seems petty. He saw I had dogs when he came in. After I pass and pay the visit fee, he leaves through my back yard. And leaves the gate WIDE OPEN for my dogs to potentially get out. So in short: this company wastes your time, your money, at best seems dishonest, and is far from courteous. Go somewhere else.

Through Yelp, Metavision LLC was a company that promptly inquired about our situation and offered to come and give a free estimate. The gentleman I spoke with, Brian, was very knowledgeable and professional. He came and assessed the situation and assured they would be able to resolve our leak issues. He had to check his schedule and let me know when they would be able to come for the repair. Communication was consistent by phone or text and they were able to come within 3 days. I received the invoice for the work and the amount was reasonably priced compared to the average price for the work we needed done. The day of the replacement, we were in communication before arrival, during service, and after the work was done. Brian was actually very respectful and personable. He was able to answer any questions we had and offered to assist us further if any more problems occurred. I am happy we chose this business for our repair. They are new to Yelp with not a lot of reviews but have been doing business for over a decade. Black Owned Business too, which I am glad to see as this isn't as common in this industry. I am satisfied with their service and highly recommend them if you need any exterior plumbing repairs!

Everything leaked, wrong connections everywhere, and I had to spend another $45k fixing their mess. When you call them, they'll come up with excuses for months. Totally irresponsible people. Another plumber told me it was caused by dirt in the high pressure relief valve. I called Pohlman plumbing and they would not come to check without charging a fee as they say it was past 30 days. Won't use them again or recommend to anyone. Apparently don't guarantee their work.
