When I brought this to their attention they argued with me that they ordered the right fountain. I know what I ordered but rather than create problems I paid for the fountain that I didn't order and reordered the fountain that I originally wanted. I placed the order on July 5, 2020. I've checked back with them every month since to see if it has come in. They are always very short with me and tell me they have no idea when the fountain is arriving. It's now November, I still have no fountain. This is poor customer service. I guess I'll never get my fountain.

I like all the rock they did, only missed one bush in front. My husband actually went into the shop in the spring, thought maybe there was miscommunication about the burning bush getting rock around it and was going to buy the rock and do it himself.
