Bike repairs and service. Thought my son's bike was damaged but turns out it wasn't. Guy did some minor repairs and filled the tires with air, checked the breaks and we were on our way! This is an absolutely rockstar bike shop. Great staff. Friendly and competent. Prices are completely reasonable. My wife and I were recently given a crummy little $150 Walmart beach cruiser bike with a bad front tire that needed to be replaced. The tires were a specific color and I just assumed we were going to need to swap both tires so they would match. Bikes & Moore had a tire of the perfectly matched color on the wall and did the work for us right there in the shop. The young lady that helped us was super friendly and did the work to swap the tire herself. It was a great experience. We will definitely be back. read more

My previous review was under duress. If I could give seven stars, I would. They went above and beyond to make it right within 20 min of their opening. I will return for all my biking needs. When it comes to service there are issues with the work. I requested to have my bike sized since I found an older bike at a great deal (I had riden it about 28 miles uncomfortably). They wouldnt do the sizing, but would do some adjustments for me. After waiting the week for the work to be completed, I picked up and it seemed great on first look and the fitment adjustments were adequately pleasant. This morning, I attempted to ride the same route I had preciously taken with horrible results. It sounded as if I was crosschaining while I wasnt and had to walk my bike up the hill I had previously riden down on my way back (turned around after 1.4 of 18 miles). My chain, under load on hills, would not select a gear in the rear and the bike was uncontrolable. Walking up the Mabry Rd hill in SPD shoes at 4am is scary BTW. After running through the gears at the office with the rear tire up, I could not select all of my gears. Now I will be off the road for another block of time since even the most basic repair or adjustment takes a week here. I may purchase accessories here, but my confidence in service quality is gone. read more

My bike that I bought on craigslist broke when it fell from a ceiling hook in the garage. I took it to Bikes & Moore to get it priced for repair. They spent a long time checking everything over, and even fixed what they could quickly. The repair would be much more than the bike was worth (I meant it to be temporary), so I ended up purchasing a new Trek Lexa. I have now had my Lexa for a couple months and am in love! Once they had my bike put together, they spent the time getting it set up for me and teaching me a few basic maintenance things. I am very grateful for this local shop, who is run by people who clearly care deeply for cycling and getting the customer's a product that will serve them well. I really look forward to going on group rides in the future that the shop advertises. read more

My husband purchased a Scott bike from the PX and it needed to be adjusted so we searched for a bike shop near by and found this place. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Due to the great experience we went back to purchase my bike. The salesman remembered my husband and their conversation regarding a bike for me. The salesman was not pushy, stayed in the price range previously discussed and helped my find the perfect bike. One month later, my gears were making noises and I took my bike in for a tuneup. We saw a different guy but just as friendly and knowledgeable, he made adjustments to my bike on the spot and explained everything he was doing. We are leaving this area but if we ever come back to Campbell we will be visiting this bike shop. read more

This is a fantastic local bicycle shop that serves the Hopkinsville/Fort Campbell area. I don't know the guys here well enough to do them justice here, but I can tell you that you won't go wrong with this shop if you need a bicycle, need service, or a bike fitting. I came into this shop from out of town looking to see if I could rent a bicycle, and I wound up making new friends and going on some great rides with the local Little River Cycling Club and staff from Bikes and Moore around Christian County. All the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed happy in their work. The store itself has lots to offer for the weekend rider to the dedicated triathlete or competitive cyclist. They carry Specialized, Trek, Pinarello, and more. Road, mountain, comfort, BMX, etc. They also have a relatively large selection of clothing, cycling shoes, helmets, and other stuff. my nice flat foot bike i used to ride on the beach with my dog was messed up by salt and sand- took it in for the 110.00 overhaul. no call- just a 140.00 dollar charge when i picked it up- no MENTION that it would NOT PEDAL!!! (was suggested in store- i pay another 110.00 for a hub and maybe also would need more $ in it for a new---rear wheel. Very knowledgeable. I was interested in buying a bike, with one key feature in mind. Needed to be light enough to lug up and down stairs. After seeing the prices of the bikes I was about to leave until we were approached. He was not pushy or salesmanny. He simply informed us about everything you could ever want to know about a bike. My boyfriend didn't want to even go inside because he wasn't shopping for a bike and I had no intention of buying a bike,only pricing. They have a layaway option and we both ended up putting a bike each on layaway. Once we finished paying them off we started riding them, mine had a weird sound and they have free check ups and maintenance for I think 90 days. They fixed it noproblem. I then got a flat tire not too long after that from a veryrocky path we had taken. They replaced it in no time. If we ever need to buy a bike again, it will be Bikes& Moore for sure. read more
