I literally am new to biking and stumbled onto this place. I have have friends who are hardcore into biking and I've put them onto this shop. His prices are what you pay if you search on line. He's off the beaten path but I challenge you to check it out. He carries Giant brand bikes and many others. I found this place when I needed my Marin assembled. Would have bought a bike from Fairview had I done more research. It's an Amish owned business so you won't find a website. Just call Lawrence you will not be disappointed.

The Tube was around 10-15$ to replace but I ended up getting a new bell as my old one was broken. They even added it on for me. The staff was very nice and I feel like I got a good bang for my buck on what I purchased. I also wanted a phone holder but I found that a little cheaper on Amazon. Overall, I would return as it is better than traveling an hour to the REI store by bike.

At first I wanted to give him (the bike shop owner) the benefit of the doubt (maybe he was having a bad day?) until a white lady came in the store and his whole attitude changed to being courtious and pleasant with her. When she left he returned to his same negative attitude with me. Then another white lady came into the store , again his whole attitude changed to being extremely nice to her, and when she left he went back to his same attitude. Mind you I dont visit there often, but if you're a person of color save your money rather and go somewhere else than to be disrepected.

I drove from Chicago to buy my bike at Bikes and Moore. I purchased a Trek Domane SL6. Tim Moore, Jimmy and crew did a great job fitting the bike for me. After my initial ride, they made a few minor tweaks for the perfect ride. It was worth the drive. Great product, service and prices. I have bought bikes at other stores, but none compare to this. I told her to go back with her shoes. She went back today (27 May 26) and explained her issues. The salesman today told her about the sales person that sold her the previous pair of shoes "it was probably some new person who didn't know what they were talking about" and that they sold her a narrow toe boxed shoe when she needed a wider toe box show. He gladly sold her a new pair of shoes that should work for her. After their mistake and her buying the shoes they recommended, they didn't take them back, offer her a discount or anything. Just sold her a new pair of shoes. I know I will pay more for shoes at Fleet Feet. I'm ok with that, but I expect professional sales people who know what they are talking about and will make accurate recommendations. I'm very disappointed as this definitely isn't the way a company should do business.
