The Marquee Lab provided amazing customer service and quality work for my surprise birthday party…read more The Marquee Lab's 4ft marquees are made with quality wood and bright lights. Other companies we've used in the past offered sloppy wiring, lights blown out and dirty letters. These letters were clean, smooth wiring on the back and the owner had several colors to choose from to match any theme. Owner even had clear cords to make sure you could not see all the cords in the back, Talk about QUALITY! I was super impressed when I walked in to the party and saw those lights. At night the lights really became the focal point and my party planning committee received so many requests for this company's contact info. The rental was for overnight and the owner promptly arrived to retrieve them at the scheduled time and was done packing up in about 10mins. The owner does travel and we were located over an hr away. Everything was smooth from start to finish with booking, delivery and pickup. I would absolutely contact them again for my next event. If you need marquees, definitely choose The Marquee Lab!

We rented a VRBO unit for 2 months from Sharron Miller, who claims to own the Pink Building event…read morespace that is on the same property at 3056 Augusta Road in Warrenville, SC. The house seemed tentatively okay at first, not fancy, but livable. After 2 weeks, the increase over that time in roaches and mice, plus the intolerable heat from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., made it impossible to tolerate. We contacted the owner, who claimed she would fix the issues. She never fixed the AC and her 'maintenance man' put down poison for the mice, knowing that my ESA dog (which was approved and I paid extra for) was there. She tried to get us thrown out by VRBO by claiming we trashed the house. We have photo evidence that this is not true. She also broke VRBO rules by demanding we allow inspection every 2 weeks. Finally, we came home around 6 to find ourselves locked out. She did not answer our calls or messages or ever give us the new code. We had to call the police and climb in through a window to get to my dog. We reported all of this to VRBO, who initially promised to rebook us, then took that back the next day and offered us $120. For reference, we paid nearly $3000 for 2 months. We left at exactly one month. Both she and VRBO have refused to refund us. We are considering legal action. Do not book the VRBO from Sharron Miller in Warrenville
