What was even more concerning was the apparent lack of professionalism displayed during the interaction. After deciding to leave, I overheard comments from staff that I found disrespectful and inappropriate. Whether directed at me or not, hearing employees speak negatively about customers within earshot reflects poorly on the organization. My frustration is not simply about a wasted trip. It is about the combination of inaccurate information, dismissive customer service, and unprofessional behavior.
