Their set up is very cute, with sanitized toys in a corner for children to play, hand sanitizer and alcohol spray readily available, and tv's at the different hairstylists stations for viewing. My son is 2 and very rarely sits still but his haircut was so quick, she didn't even give him a chance to get fidgety. He ended up with an adorable haircut and his hairstylist was so sweet with him. The barbers here are all very friendly and I haven't seen anybody leave without a perfect haircut. I go particularly because Mike can get my beard exactly right.
