I had originally talked to Frank about carburetor work on my 1981 Kawasaki Gpz550.. When I…read moredropped it off I explained that I also needed electrical work done as there were corroded wires by the battery and sometimes the bike would not start. Frank was not happy about doing electrical work but would look at it. Frank called us a couple days later very agitated and told us to get the fucking bike out of there and that he was tired of working on the piece of shit. My boyfriend explained to him that he didn't have to take the job if he didn't want to. He also said we needed 4 carburetor air intake boots as mine were old hard rubber that was not flexible enough to install. He said he was using a hair dryer to try to make them flexible. I told him to order and install the new boots. Frank explained that they would not be in until Monday or Tuesday. This was Friday. On Saturday he called and said to come pick up the bike that he had it done, again agitated. I couldn't figure out how he had it done when the parts were not to arrive until the following week so when we arrived Paul asked why he put the old ones on if new ones were on order? He answered "for next time"?? There should not be a next time! Why would I also want to pay somebody to remove and install the new ones when he had the bike apart?? But yet they were on the bill. I am not paying for something I don't have. Frank started the bike, revved it a couple times and shut it off. Paul wanted to take the bike for a ride but it would not start. Obviously the electrical was not fixed. Frank again became agitated. Paul explained he did not trust his work at this point and asked for some type of warranty . How would we know the bike runs properly?? I wanted him to write it on the work order but that he didn't want to see the bike anymore. If we didn't pay the bill he would keep the bike and see us in court. So we paid him for parts that were not put on and service we had no faith in. Also the entry on the work order, (no spark), is false. The bike has spark that's why it started. Paul pushed the bike home.

My children just got a mini bike and a four wheeler . Wasn't sure why they wouldnt work. Took it in…read moreand had Frank take it apart and find out the previous owner didn't take care of it and needed work. He fixed it in no time . He was so honest and very respectful and help me understand what the problem was and how much to fix it. Now my boys are so happy and glad to have them back . Thank u very much .
