Important information about registration, financial aid, and course requirements was unclear or delayed, creating unnecessary stress. At times, the level of negligence in handling student concerns was surprising and unacceptable. The quality of instruction and student support was inconsistent. Some instructors were helpful, but others seemed disengaged, which made it difficult to stay confident in the education being provided. Advising services were especially disappointing, often feeling rushed or misinformed. Overall, my experience with Century College was frustrating and underwhelming. As someone with a background in early childhood education I am a bit picky and critical. I have high standards of educational programs and how to relate to children. This program not only meets but exceeds my expectations for quality. The girls have learned a lot and Larry is wonderful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. My girls always look forward to returning. I would highly recommend this to any family interested in art education.

I found myself not worrying about them during the day, because I knew they were not only safe, but cared about.
