They took forever to do everything. My house was totally normal before I left and when I came back it was a disaster and not even close to being clean. They took everything out of the garage (the stuff that actually needed cleaning) and brought most of it back uncleaned piled in garbage bags!! Several of my most expensive items were 'misplaced' and I had to confront them several times to get them back. And here's the worst part- they charged my insurance company over $100,000!!!!!!
