Seems like a good location and it is but the staff isn't professional at all. We came in wrote our name on the list of people waiting. It was pretty busy. Once we were skipped the first time we asked they said they had an appointment after they did the exact thing we did and wrote our names. Once it had all died down we were still there and people walking in were immediately sat. Went up wondering what was the problem. Then they made it seem like it was our fault for not saying anything when we did. Then they starting gossiping in Spanish about us not knowing we know Spanish. So my family had been going to this hair place and everything went well till today, I had an appt at 10am I ended up leaving from there 20 minutes before 10pm not only sitting down there for almost a whole day but having to pay 250$ for something I did not ask for the lady left my hair totally damaged, yellow spots all over my hair and not even an apology was given. Not to mention the owner Lilian her attitude over all, yet saying the my hair wasn't even "all that damaged" and that the yellow spots were normal. NEVER AGAIN. I went into Salon de Belleza Lilian On Saturday 07/26/14 so tired right after work looking forwards to a new hair color, I was recommended by my uncle's ex wife so I went ahead and walked in and quickly showed a hair stylist there the "ombree" color I wanted from the side and back view. She said it won't be as light as it because she didn't want it to damage my hair so I said it was fine. So she said that ok she could do it. she tried to make conversation with me and said she was a shampoo girl for a while in a salon in Mexico but then studied to be a hair stylist and has been one for about 15 yrs. I kept showing her the picture and asking if it was going to turn out just like this and she said it will be better.. she said it wasn't called an "ombree" it was called highlights...so I asked once again if it was going to turn out just how it was in the picture and she said yes. When she was done I was confused because it didn't really look like in the picture I kept showing her but she insisted that I let it dry being that she charged $15 to blow dry it. I got home and it was dry but still yet wasn't what I expected... it looked half brown and half blonde. Not a typical ombree which fades from top to bottom lighter! Extremely angry because I wasted my time and money to go to a lady who didn't even know how to do ombrees' just wasted my time, I went back the next day AFTER WORK! AGAIN. I explained what had happened to another hair stylist and she said to come back Monday when the hair stylist that did my hair and store owner would be there. I couldn't make it on time but I went Wednesday to see who was there... A lady told me to wait so I did then the hair stylist who did my hair told me to go to the back to talk. I told her it wasn't what I wanted and I'm just wasting gas going back and forth being it's 20 minutes away from my home. She said to show her the picture because I had "showed a different picture" to the other hair stylist when she wasn't there.. ( I showed her the side picture of the ombree and back picture of the ombree hair) I told her that it wasn't what I wanted and could of seriously done this on my hair by my self for less than $30 at home instead of $135 for what she did! She said that if I knew how then why didn't I do it on myself then... I work in a restaurant so I don't like to complain because I understand how it is but I was so furious and they definitely didn't deserve any money for what they did to my hair! She insisted she redid my hair but I said no because she had said before she started that it wasn't going to get damaged because she was going to "protect" it. I put my hair down and showed her how I ran my fingers through my hair and it fell out. She said that that is the what I wanted ( the hair color) and walked away saying "you know, bad things happen to dishonest people!" I don't understand how nobody was there to witness how completely rude she was and maybe that's why she was being rude?! But she brought me $100 back and said that's all I'll get back because of the time and effort she put into it. She told me to sign a paper so I did and she asked "is that your signature?!! Are you sure?!" I guess she thought I gave her a fake name and signature?! I'm just completely appalled by her attitude and way of taking the whole situation! Haircut $12 Blowdry $25 I wonder how much it costs to shampoo and style the hair. I walked in and asked for the price to cut my hair. I was told $12. I was immediately escorted to a seat and they didn't have any books with hairstyles they offer. I told her my idea for my cut and even had a few photos ready but she took out her phone instead to show me what she thought would look better on me. She cut it and then proceeded to start drying my hair. Halfway through she tells me that it will cost me an additional $25 to blow dry my hair. I though she was joking but she said she wasn't. I told her that I only had enough for the haircut and her tip. It didn't seem like she was happy about it because she started saying that I couldn't leave with half of my hair dry and the rest wet and without styling it. I said that was fine. While handling my hair she scratched my face and neck. Thankfully, I was only charged $12 and I proceeded to tip her. She snatched the tip from my hand. read more

I came to this place to get a hair cut and she cut my hair with a razor . She never used scissors. When it was done the bottom half of my hair was shorter than the top half . When I try to bun my hair it spikes up all over due to the choppy hair cut. I do not recommend this place horrible ! read more

The lady that cut my sisters hair literally does NOT know how to cut hair at all. She cut my sisters bangs so short that she can't even style them. Honestly it's a salon and they do better at men's hair than women's hair. They should probably change their name from a salon to a barber shop. DO NOT GO HERE!! My mother in law went in for her appointment on Saturday for a hair style she wanted which was simple... a crown braid and some curls. I've been a customer since 2017 and recommend she goes there. To get her hair done with the owner since she's the only one I've ever let touch my hair and have never been disappointed. When she made her appointment she was told Lilian doesn't style hair and that they recommend someone else. Once she gets there "they do the hair style she wanted" but in all reality it didn't look like what she had asked for. She tried to tell them that she wasn't pleased and they completely ignored her. She contacted the store to complain to a manager and maybe they would be willing to give her back the $50 she spent on something that a child could've done! Instead they refused and offered to fix her hair but it was already too late we had an event to get to and still had to get ready and why would we want to go back to someone we already know can't get the job done! Anyways I called myself since I know Lilian and her sister picked up. I explained what happened and she insulted my mother in law by saying she was rude and how she was being ugly because she had mentioned she would leave a bad review.. I then proceeded to ask her wouldn't you leave a bad review if someone charged you $50 for this piece of trash? Which she responded yes I would and I do apologize! I asked for a refund and she refused. I asked to speak with the owner and she automatically said she was busy without even asking her for a second of her time! I was very upset and to calm me down she said she would have Lilian call me back but now it's Monday and I haven't heard a word.. but if you look at all the bad reviews it customers upset because they don't know what they are doing and after looking at the reviews now I know I'm not the only one! I actually went somewhere else and they did an amazing job and were way more affordable! Went in today hoping to get my eyebrows cleaned up a bit but walked out with way too thin and uneven eyebrows. They look like I drew them on and my right eyebrow has a dip across the top now. The left one looks choppy. Then the gap between my eyebrows is so wide and the right one is shorter than the left one. So ten dollars down the drain and now I have to waste more money to purchase products to fix this botched brow job... read more
