If the food was in the same class as the service and environment, the rating would have been at least 4,5. However, the food is average and lacks that extra twist. The Moules Frites (185 SEK) for example, could have tasted more (although fresh mussels and tasty fries) and the second time some of the mussels contained sand. The shrimp sandwich (150 SEK) was good with a generous amount of high quailty shrimp, although the fish roe could have been excluded. The S.O.S. sandwich (125 SEK) was OK, but not great. The pan fried flander was served with the spleen left, which gives a lower grade to an otherwise good course. Small selection of wInes and beers, but had some quite good ones. So in total - a nice place to visit for the environment, rather than the food.
