If you are waiting for them to get back with you, well don' hold your breath. It will be a week or more if you are purchasing and 2-3 weeks if at all if you have a return. This allows them to go past the 30 days and you are out. Would not recommend doing business here ever.

We have Airbnb Guests checking in tomorrow and they are bringing their boat. We went to check on our lake house to make sure everything was ready for our Guests. Well, our boat lift was not working, so we called Moseley Construction requesting for some help at the last minute. They pulled through for us and got it working.
