Basically be warned...Lillian Rose Florists DO NOT CARE. I ordered from their website and what turned up looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered and was no better than what you get on a petrol station forecourt. When I asked for their comments on the photos I sent, she (the director) said it was a bit 'hit and miss' with the arrangement I had chosen. And then she referred me to their 'sub-policy'. Not only are they unashamedly just sending out what they want but the tone of emails and, I have to say, inability to string a sentence together articulately is astounding. She will argue and argue with you and ignore your points and dissatisfaction. You will get nowhere. I won't get my money back but I will do everything I can to warn people to stay clear of Lillian Rose Flowers. Never dealt with anyone like them. I hope you read this before dealing with them. I ordered flowers as a birthday surprise that were delivered with a message I didn't write. The recipient had no idea who they were from and the birthday surprise was ruined. After complaining, Lillian Rose offered to resend the greetings card three days after my friend's birthday but would offer no refund. Their reply was rude and arrogant and I would certainly never use this florist again. Let's hope that my 'Happy Birthday' message was not attached to funeral flowers. read more

I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday - Lillian Rose did not deliver and offered no apology. Terrible company, terrible service.

I would never use this florist again. I live in the U.S. and ordered flowers for my mum on Mother's Day, the flowers did not arrive and later found out that the driver left them at the wrong address in a rubbish cupboard. To say I was upset was an understatement. My mum eventually got the flowers when her neighbor came home late that evening. When I contacted the florist they did not seem to care. Please don't use this florist. Terrible customer service. read more

I wish that I had read these review sites before I placed an order with Lillianrose flowers. They promised a delivery date, I had confirmation of the delivery date on an email. I hadn't heard from the recipient and contacted them and found out that they hadn't received the flowers. When I emailed Lillianrose flowers they were completely dismissive, unapologetic and just couldn't care less. I am very angry and disappointed and will not be using them again. read more

If only I had read the reviews before placing an order. Absolutely shocking customer service, the flowers I ordered as a gift for a 50th Birthday did not arrive on the day they should have. I tried to then cancel them because I was frankly most upset with how this was handled, apparently it is not possible as they are unable to stop orders that are on the van, in order to get a refund the recipient has to refuse delivery - what a lovely birthday surprise for her. The terms and conditions state customers will be notified if there is a problem with delivery - however they will not be aware of the problem until the following day, perhaps that needs revising then! They are very reluctant to speak on the phone and the Manager is illusive to say the least, with different people giving different accounts of where she is, in the office, at home, in a meeting. However if I would like to email as a gesture of good will the delivery cost will be refunded. Again appalling service. read more
