When I asked for their comments on the photos I sent, she (the director) said it was a bit 'hit and miss' with the arrangement I had chosen. And then she referred me to their 'sub-policy'. Not only are they unashamedly just sending out what they want but the tone of emails and, I have to say, inability to string a sentence together articulately is astounding. She will argue and argue with you and ignore your points and dissatisfaction. You will get nowhere. I won't get my money back but I will do everything I can to warn people to stay clear of Lillian Rose Flowers. Never dealt with anyone like them. I hope you read this before dealing with them. I wish I had.

After complaining, Lillian Rose offered to resend the greetings card three days after my friend's birthday but would offer no refund. Their reply was rude and arrogant and I would certainly never use this florist again. Let's hope that my 'Happy Birthday' message was not attached to funeral flowers.
