Had to take him to the studio for a retake. The next day they called me at closing and said I could come the next day to pick up his photos. When I showed up the whole building was taped off under construction so I tried calling and no one answered. I tried again the next day, and the next day after that and not once did they answer. It took me a week and a half to finally get someone on the phone so I could pick up the photos I was told were ready over a week before.

On the day of the shoot her private studio was very warm and comfortable(might I also add it is a very clean and professional studio). She worked quickly and efficiently through the session and was very gentle and loving towards our baby, he never even fussed once! The sitting area where my wife and I observed everything from was very comfortable and stocked with snacks and drinks.
