Oh the color! As I walk past Lily Pulitzer on every visit to Town Center, I find myself drawn to the vibrant color. It is so alive and exciting. It feels like SoFlo. On entry, you are usually asked if assistance is needed but you are allowed to look without feeling pressured. Thank you I never want to be chased by pushy sales people. I find the easy to wear style, color and fabric make this so much fun. I will admit to having a new piece of the line in my closet... now where should I go. If you are looking for deals, this might not be the store for you... their line is so attractive, I don't think it lasts that long. As the bargain queen, I sometimes have to bite the bullet and hand over the plastic. I do have a couple of items on my wish list just waiting for the dream...a sale. Disappointing sale, at the Lilly Pulitzer store in the Boca town center. The store moved. It's now located closer to Nordstrom's. There's plenty of free parking all around the mall. Security was visible inside the mall. I arrived when they opened and everything was picked over. If you're a size 0, 2 or 16 there's a lot to choose from. The dressing room was well organized the sales people were helpful. The store was neat and organized, an areas that were on sale were well marked. Clothing prices appeared to be marked up to then be marked down Sale items were mismatched with a tankini top increased to $189 to be reduced to $99 with the bottom costing $79. However, I could've purchased one of the many suits in better sizes & styles for the same $179 not on sale. read more

I made a larger purchase than I intended in order to receive the free gift with purchase promotion. I never received my free gift because I was told the warehouse was out of the free gift item when my order was placed. This is the second time this has happened regarding the free gift promotion. Very disappointed and Customer Service does not care. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

My family will never step foot into the Boca Raton Lilly again. Yesterday, my wife and daughter tried to return a Christmas gift that was for my 11 year old. (Pants and a top) The tags were still on everything but sadly we couldn't find the gift receipt as it was probably thrown out during the Christmas clean up/celebration. My daughter wanted to receive a credit so she could buy a pair of shoes from YOUR store. Carol, the General Manager was not only rude to my wife and daughter, but then I went into the store and she began to GASLIGHT me in front of other shoppers and tell everyone in the store I was being abusive because I questioned the return policy. I never used foul language nor did I threaten or make derogatory comments towards any employees, including Carol. I simply spoke to her the way she spoke to my wife. All we wanted to do is get a credit towards more products. This isn't the first time this has happened at this particular store either. For as much money as we spend in your stores and online, your return policies are absolutely subjective to who is working that day. At one point, Carol said she would take the clothes back if I would stop abusing her and leave the store. All in front of customers and employees. Interesting choice of words to use in today's culture of wokeness. I left a message last night for the district manager although I wasn't sure their name because Carol wouldn't write it down, just the number. We buy clothes for our staff on a regular basis from you guys as we own two companies with 22 female employees. This will change effective immediately. When my 11 year old daughter says, "I don't want anything from Lilly anymore" that should alarm your customer service skills. Know your audience. Weird, this only seems to be a problem at the Boca Store. I know this because my wife stops at a Lilly store in every city we visit. Jason read more

I just love everything about Lilly Pulitzer! As I walk by I'm lured in by all the beautiful colors. It's like an instant shot of happiness when I'm in the store. I read somewhere that colors have a way of boosting your mood, and I can say with 100% certainty that this is true, at least for me. The girls in there are so nice and I've never had any issues. They're always super eager to help me and to suggest certain items and help me find something that's going to make me feel wonderful! I highly recommend going into this store. There is no certain type of person that shops here. That is a huge misconception! I have seen beautiful ladies of every age and every color end of every budget shopping in the Store. I love Lilly but I'm rethinking purchasing the brand after my horrible experience at the Boca Town Center today. My daughter was gifted a Lilly dress for Christmas that doesn't fit her. I asked to exchange it for a bigger size and was told the print was too old to be returned. How is that my fault? I just got it last week, who knows when it was purchased? The store manager literally told me to sell it on Poshmark. Really? What kind of customer service is that? For such an expensive brand, your customer service and return policy sucks. Maybe you should go chat with Lululemon and get on board with their awesome return policy. read more

Allie called around and found a few items on my list (Delancey Sink or Swim & Darlah Clawdia L), and then put them on hold for me! Although I already found those pieces somewhere else, I so appreciate her help and great customer service. Oh my Lilly! This store is super girly with plush pink couches and a rainbow of dresses, skirts, swimsuits and other feminine staples. There is a small guys' section displaying polos and printed shorts. I love all the bright colors and prints! The dresses are comfy and well-made, but way beyond my budget. :( Maybe sometime I'll get lucky enough to find something on the sale rack in my size! I was able to buy a bag in my limited-edition Delta Zeta sorority print though! :) Fun Fact: Lilly Pulitzer originally had a juice stand in Palm Beach in the 1950's/60's. She started wearing bright colored dresses to camouflage the juice stains, and the dresses became more popular than the juice! read more

SUPER disappointed!! My family and I are loyal Lilly Pulitzer shoppers and have been looking forward to their after-party sale for a long time. When we went in tonight, the employees could not have made it a worse experience. My mom and I were in there for TWENTY minutes and the 5-6 girls working did not say a single word to us even though we were the ONLY customers in the store. They all stood around the front counter talking the whole time. They made eye contact with us numerous times but did not smile or say anything. It was extremely disappointing to be looking forward to this sale for so long, only to have the employees make it awkward and miserable. We were excited to find some great deals, but after this level of customer service, we decided to take our business elsewhere. read more

I love Lilly Pulitzer however I will be buying from online now. The attitude of all the younger girls is that they are much better than everyone else, not to sound rude BUT you are working a retail job. One individual in particular I don't remember her name I only recall her scowl she was extremely rude. She should go back to college and have fun with her sorority sisters. I don't know if they work on commission,but I hope they do. Very dissatisfied! I gave this 3 stars because I was in a generous mood. Go to PGA, shop online, or go to Delray. I went to this Lilly Store for about four years straight. Depending on who was working was the sort of service I received. Sometimes very attentive and helpful staff, other times I was completely ignored. I do love their new location inside the Mall now. I know that often managers would talk about customers behind their backs, and they thought I was someone who returns things to that store from the PGA store. Which was completely incorrect. I used to go later on a weekday when the mall is completely dead, with money to spend and due to the fact the service was lacking I would walk out empty handed. Beautiful clothes but terrible service. I come in to purchase my Lilly every time that I visit Florida because, until now, there was no Lilly store in the Chicago area. I am never greeted. It's not like the employees don't know when I walk into the store. There is a bell that rings each time someone walks in. This was my last visit to this store because I have had it with the rudeness, and there is finally a store in Oakbrook Town Centre! This store has incredibly wonderful sales staff. I am a frequent customer and I have seen nothing but sweet and attentive help for every customer. They greet the customers when you come in the door and they are friendly. I love the girls - today I was waited on by Maddie and Lindsay and they are just great! I also love the other sales staff too. (I may have spelled the names wrong, sorry :-) ) The clothing has gotten better and better each year. The prints are bright, happy, and fun. The prints and the fabrics are amazing - the company is expanding the various lines in different fabrics and I am very happy about it. read more
