Massive store with scented candles and lotions. The very friendly and professional employee greeted me at the entrance and literally walked me to a floor to wall candle section. The 3-wick scented candles are moderately priced at $14.95. My favorite candle was a sweet scented and the worst scent was the floral. Several candle and lotion gift sets available. They offer Wall Flowers which are decorative scents that are plugged into wall outlets in rooms of your home. read more

This is hands down my favorite Bath and Body Works location. My girlfriend got me sucked into this store since the day I met her. I love the men's collection that they have. I wanted to exchange fragrances and they didn't have a problem at all and the staff were able to help me out. No matter the holiday or season, Bath and Body Works always has gifts for everyone. Let me say that I am always excited to go into any bath and body works that I am able to and I am glad that this location has continued that streak. Located inside the sawgrass mall, it is very easy to find because they usually have a line out of the door because they are limiting the amount of people that are allowed to go into there due to the ongoing covid pandemic. The workers here are always friendly and while I was waiting in line to go in, one was asking me what I was looking for and told me exactly where to look, as well as telling me all of the specials that were going on that day while I was there. She also offered me hand sanitizer that was located at the front of the line, there was a few choices that they had, that they sell in the back. The layout of this store is much the same as any other location, making it very easy for me to find everything I was looking for. They always have an insane amount of holiday scents in the store that come in a variety of things, such as body lotion, shampoo, oils, candles and their famous wallflowers. I was able to find everything I needed and when I couldn't find one product, the worker I asked knew exactly where to take me and found it no problem for me at all. Everyone here was so friendly except the cashier that was helping me. She didn't say two words to me other than "insert your card" when I was paying. In 2010 they opened their first international stores. They now have more than 1,600 stores. Bath & Body Works sells bath and shower gels, soap, perfume, candles, home fragrance, lotion, and antibacterial products. The company is under L brands along with Victoria's Secret. This Bath & Body Works is located in Sawgrass Mills Mall in the hallway with the Lego store. I usually prefer the stand alone stores to the mall locations which tend to be very crowded. Also since Covid they make you wait outside in a line to enter the store because they are only letting so many people in at a time. Fortunately my timing was right and I was able to get in and out quickly. I have to have their PocketBac. I wear it on a lanyard around my neck at work and my students love it. They don't like the plain unscented kind the school provides. I give them a squirt of mine as an incentive and the aromatherapy districts them and calms them down. Sometimes I call it my magical comedown lotion. All that and it kills germs too. The stuff is amazing. Bath & Body sells it 5 for $8. They don't offer it in as many scents as before Covid but I can always find 5 different ones I like. This time my favorite is the mango. I have also shopped at this store many times for gifts during the holidays. If you aren't sure what to buy someone you can't go wrong with soap or a candle from this store. My wife has to stop in here every time we go to the sawgrass. Much like any chain store, this review is based on customer service/ the actual store more than anything. First off, we usually only go when there's deals because why pay full price when you can get it cheaper. Everyone is super helpful and really nice when you walk in, although they always want to show you stuff, I know what I'm going in for, usually never need help. Store is clean and well organized, doesn't look cluttered at all. It does get busy as you move on through out the day but if you get there when it opens, it's not too bad. Overall, this one has a ton of product and customer service is fantastic. Worth going to if you are in the area and want to some great smelling product. read more

My wife and I have gone into B&BW many times in other locations, but the Sawgrass staff are the first to be the most friendly and helpful! We went in with coupons for items we wanted and we're doing pretty well. Alexander was our first associate and he was very nice and tried to help us find items that weren't on the floor. We looked around a little more, and saw some candle holders that we thought were incredible. We didn't see any others than the display, so our second associate, Dennika checked for us. She was able to get us both items, the last ones being the ones on display! We were already so excited by the purchase and were approached by the final associate, Monica. She showed us that the candle holder we were purchasing had another function and got us some new batteries to show us. We were over the moon! We are super excited to come back to this store in the future and hope that we'll get to see all three of these incredible employees! read more

I don't usually buy much from Bath & Body works as I find the prices to be a bit high unless you are buying a large volume of items, which I usually don't do. The item I like most from here is the hand soap, the scents smell so nice and don't dry out your hands as bad. I have learned that after Christmas they have some deep discounts. A lot of the holiday scented bath gel, lotions and body sprays were 75% off. That's a really good sale for this place. I popped into Bath & Body Works today and discovered that the xmas scented hand soaps were on sale for $1.62, which is very cheap for here. The sale is usually 6 for $24, which is quite a bit higher. The sales associates at this store were friendly and helpful. Nancy helped me out, she is such a lovely and sweet lady! We had a nice chat. Nancy gets two thumbs up! Update: 10 Stars! I have been to this Bath and Body Works a few times since my original review (below). They had a few specials that caught my attention, and I can't resist the beautiful aromas that engulf my senses when I walk by the store. They have new fall scents right now, which a few so warm and cozy, hello pumpkin waffles! Storytime: I went in last week a few hours after I had donated blood. Needless to say, I fainted at the register! Like TWICE! They handled it so extremely well, and I am so grateful for their team! They even called me after I had gotten home to ask if I was okay. Superior customer service and just an overall amazing team here. I highly recommend this location, just don't go shopping after donating blood and you'll be golden. Original Review: The staff was very helpful when I came to the store to look for a specific item. They took the time to offer and go back to the back and sift through the shipment they had just received, without me asking for all of that! I came here with my mom and bought some lotion that was on sale for $6. We paid cash. As my mother and I were leaving the store, she saw another lotion that was only $4 and asked me to go exchange it. When I got to the register, I told the cashier that I had just bought this lotion but would like to exchange it for this other lotion instead. The cashier process the exchange, handed me the receipt, and didn't give me the $2 in change. So I asked her where my change was. Her face dropped to a look of absolute annoyance, scowled at me, and said (quite rudely, I might add), you said you wanted to do an even exchange. Then she reversed the exchange and processed it again, the correct way. What annoyed me was that I did not say I wanted to do an "even" exchange. But not only that, what kind of moron thinks I want to pay $6 for an item that's only $4?? read more

What can I say! This place is great. They have many different scents in creams, lotions, candles, etc. the creams have Shea butter and vitamin e and are very good. There are always lots of coupons. My favorite scent is sea cotton and love and sunshine. I recommend to everyone read more
