The second time was less detail orientated and this past time we were quoted a $100 more than our usual price without a prior notice that the pricing would change. The floors were really sticky and we had to mop it again because it was attracting clumps of dust onto the floor. What was most upsetting this time was my partner's brand new colognes worth $200 went missing. When I asked Caryn about it she had no idea what I was talking about but before the cleaning it was on the counter. We've looked everywhere before coming to this determination it was taken. I'm disappointed it has happened to another client as well.
