Best Experience in the Valley! I had a water leak, got Nic's referral from a friend and texted him in a Sunday morning, the next morning he was at my home ready to evaluate the damage (it was a holiday), this is what customer centric company is about. Nic started looking for the leak, and once found, recommended a plumbing company to repair in the meantime he continued marking all areas and taking photos while measuring moisture levels. In less than 2 hrs. he was done, plumbing company in their way and he did a quick but detailed report that was helpful on getting my insurance company buy super-fast. The repair was done, and remediation was halfway on drying all areas, he provided the full estimate for repairs. I can tell he is good at this. They started the repairs / rebuilt having Fernando (NS supervisor) super attentive every day overlooking at the progress and making sure the quality of work was the expected. Finally, after a couple of weeks of repairs, my house looks better than before and I'm grateful I did reach Nic for this event. Cannot recommend him and his company more. My wife, Mother-in-law and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with NS Construction. They did an amazing job and went out of their way to assist my wife and I through the demolition and building process in my mother-in-laws home. On late August 2022, our kitchen suffered water damage due to a leaking water line. Unfortunately , the kitchen cabinets, wood floor and carpet suffered irreparable damage. As the premier company in the restoration work we asked our insurance that we would like to request NS Construction to help us with water damages and restoration. This process requires patience as insurance claims may take up to 6 months or longer to be completed. Lucky for us, NS Construction got quick to action and began the demo followed by planning of the new cabinets and flooring. The crews worked non-stop and arrived on time and kept communication of their arrival/departures. Our experience was great and we cant be more happy with the final product. I would recommend anyone who finds themselves in these circumstances to request NS Construction for their restoration repairs and or any remodels, builds or general construction needs. We had a house fire and Nick and his crew came in and completely transformed my house in a way I could only imagine. What we thought was a huge tragedy turned into an enormous blessing. I got my bathroom and kitchen completely redone over the past year. Nick and his crew did a wonderful job. Nick has a fantastic eye to maximize efficiency and beauty in small spaces, and placed spice racks in my kitchen I never would have thought of! We hired NS Construction to complete a shower remodeling including some drywall and stucco patch work for our master restroom. The entire process was very easy and the NS Construction team was very helpful throughout the process. Given that shower remodels were not our expertise, the NS Construction team helped guide us through the process and were clear as to what and how things would take place. I was concerned about calling NS construction to do the restoration part after another construction company did the emergency clean up, but would not proceed until insurance okay the restoration. By this time I had started to have some health problems which my doctor and I attribute to the walls being open and dust in the environment. We recently woke up to a major flood in our residence. I contacted NS Construction and they arrived at my house within an hour. The initial crew was very helpful- they quickly assisted with packing up our house, drying it, and taking care of the massive water damage.
