Great customer service! They have a good selection of everything, and it's better quality than you will find at many larger places, and fairly priced. Versus buying stuff online, which has never been as good. I bought several beds and mattresses there and am very happy with them. They even delivered to my place which is a good 1/2 hour drive away! Don't love the staff. Asked for some prices on a drop leaf table and some pictures. Didn't get them! Came in to remind the person & STILL NOTHING. Also the prices are high but not the quality. Every item my husband & I purchased had problems. Bought a whole bedroom set. The dressers: the drawers stopped working, one of them had women's under ware. How much does women's under ware weigh-nothing!!!!! All drawers were like that! File cabinet, don't notice it when it's new but as you fill it up with files, are not able to use the whole back portion because the drawer won't open that far. WOW!! Tiffany style lamp, fell over on a pillow, a pillow, whole thing came apart!!! Every mattress had to go back, multiple times!!! Developed lg. indents-very uncomfortable. Didn't last more than a couple of months!! Every item was the same- very low quality. Mgmt. wasn't helpful-didn't care. Soon as they got the $$$ you weren't important any more. Buy local-WE FELT VERY RIPPED OFF!! read more
