Great location, very spacious sites. It is a great place to kickoff expeditions into the north woods of Maine

We love coming to Lily Bay, beautiful views. The kids can swim or you can took. Trails, outhouses are clean, and we usually see deer and we haven't but others have seen Moose.' It's a must if your in the Moosehead area. read more

This is such a beautiful, clean, well maintained and peaceful park to spend time in quiet and enjoying nature. There are boat launch areas, camping, swimming, hiking. Pack a lunch and sit on small peppled beach area for astounding views of Moosehead Lake. Gorgeous! The water is cool and clean (lots of rocks so water shoes definitely recommended). We heard and saw several loons, lots of ducks, with canoers, kayakers, and wake boarders occasionally passing by. We saw deer and hear this is a great area to spot a moose! Such a relaxing and rejuvenating day. We will undoubtedly return. read more

Beautiful slice of heaven near the Lake. Swimming spots, fishing spots, clean bathrooms, gorgeous hiking trails, tent and camper/RV spots. A couple bucks to enter the park but well worth it. read more

Nice state park with a lot of campsites along the mossehead lake. Each campsite is spacious and able to see very nice lake view. Each site has a picnic table, a fire pit, space for parking. Non-Maine residents have to pay more (and it is expensive). Nice to come here for kayaking, canoeing, and hiking. read more

Lovely campsites and bathrooms here at the state park. I can here early April with my van and bike and 4x4 and big tires are a must for the snow banks! Great riding in the area. Lots to explore if your bike can handle some dirt. read more

Beautiful place with lots of wild life and tons of camp sites. Shower room with flushing toilets and a place to do your dishes! multiple boat launches a beach and playground for the kids. read more

Beautiful park, with an amazing tent site selection, with tamed woodlands for easy view of your waterfront site(s), we went during fall & our site was nothing shy of delightful. The campground hosts were very friendly, they noticed it was taking us a while to get on the road (due to a dead battery) & came to check on us & gave us a jump. The bath house was inconveniently locates in the "Dunn Point" loop, on the way to the beach area, the shower stalls/rooms were super spacious & quite nice in comparison to most campground's. The shoreline of Moosehead Lake was ever so beautiful with a nice selection of driftwood & quartz, my wife & I felt like kids again gathering natural materials. read more
