This was the first time we had needed a caregiver in the home and we didn't really know the process but she began asking questions, talking to my mom and really just showed us how competent and personable she was. She became like family to us and even my little dog, who barks at everybody, immediately took a liking to her. Hospice nurses, aides and social workers were coming while she was here and the nurses told me that we were really fortunate to have found her. Tanya took care of my mother in the latter months of 2024 and if we had not placed my mother in a memory facility, Tanya would still be with us! Thanks to Me Me, I'm now convinced that the definition of progress is letting her push me until I'm pretty sure I can't do another rep...and then somehow she still gets me to doing five more! I have tried a few trainers and must say I love it here! The gym is always clean and I love 1/1 sessions. She's like the perfect blend of drill sergeant and supportive bestie. She motivates me with the perfect mix of encouragement and 'I know you can do better than that' stare. She don't trip when you need to take a break and the workout music motivates you to keep going. I've never actually had a trainer that devotes (no cell phone and I have her complete attention) my time strictly to me and my goals. The meal plans she sends are actually delicious and consistent of things I eat. I have to send in pics of my food which keep me accountable and make me less likely to get something over my calorie count. I can't lie the workouts are killer--in the best way possible. This week she gave me homework exercises so I can keep making progress even when I'm not at the gym. If you're looking for a trainer who will not only help you reach your fitness goals but also make you laugh (and maybe cry a little from the burn), look no further. I would 10/10 would recommend

I understand the COVID 19 but a week ago my brother passed at Princeton and the staff treated the…read morefamily like garbage. They made the immediate family go outside of the hospital as only 2 people could go at a time. I get it only 2 at a time, but making the family go outside and wait is insane and not compassionate. It was midnight and they had waiting rooms. They could of split the family up and let three go in one waiting room and the other three go in another waiting room. The hospital was empty with visitors so I didn't get it, why they didn't try to accommodate the family during the loss, after getting the news of our love one is gone. You also need to train your employees how to greet and treat a family who has lost someone after learning they coming to see someone who has passed. The person at the desk was so dry and rude. I would NEVER recommend anyone who has a love one on their death bed to come to this facility.
