I got married in February 2011 and went to Lilys and Lace for my wedding dress. I had visited plenty of bridal shops in Cardiff but founf all the staff false and patronising, all they wanted to do was sell me a dress whether I looked lovely or not. At Lilys and Lace, the proprietor Donna could not do enough for me, it was the loveliest experience going there and feeling completely relaxed and at ease, nothing was too much trouble, Donna's seamstress skills are second to none, the selection of dresses is amazing. I went from dreading having to go look for a dress to enjoying the experience once I had discovered Lilys and Lace. I can't praise Donna enough. She is totally down to earth with no frills and what you see is what you get If you look awful in a dress she will tell you to take it off it looks awful, so you know when she says it looks fantastic, you know it really does look fantastic. She told me I looked amazing in my dress which was bright red as I married at the Cardiff Castle in February, and on the day and since everyone else has said the same, but more importantly, I really did feel amazing and like a real princess for the day.
