This was my first time visiting. I saw the place while driving by. I am recently recovering from a broken ankle, and the doctor suggested a foot massage. I don't know the name of the girl, but she exceeded my expectations! The ambiance and the cleanliness and great customer service! I walked out of there with less stiffness in my injured ankle and a little more mobility in my ankle. I know they use pressure points, and it was very helpful. I will definitely be back! I really wanted to like this place, BUT .... A woman who identified herself as Lily is apparently the only person at this spa who speaks even a small amount of English. I have sports injuries and needed to be able to communicate to the massage therapist so I specifically asked that she do the massage and set my appointment. However, at the time of my appointment, she tried very hard to make me get my massage with another therapist who spoke no English. I was ready to walk out when Lily finally relented and said she would do the massage. During the course of my one hour massage, five different people knocked on the door of the massage room, opened the door and proceeded to have conversations with my massage therapist. FIVE! Lily actually left the room two times, saying she had to "go take money." Back in the massage room, Lily then got on her cell phone [Seriously!] and proceeded to have a loud, apparently agitated conversation. I finally said, "I'm done, this is ridiculous." and she [Lily] had the nerve to bark at me, "You relax! You relax!" Yes, the prices are cheap, but I believe I got WAY LESS than I even paid for. read more

I used to be a regular here but today was the worst experience and I will not be returning. All she did was rub my back with lotion. I kept asking her to work out the knots in my back but I don't think she knew how to actually massage. She then went to get the hot stones and really burnt my back. I sat up and said I was done. Not bad ether good place. -The room is ok, but massage therapist are too loud I mean they was talking, laughing, answering phones etc. -Massage therapist always goes somewhere. Like 5 min of massage and runs to grab somethings or answers the phone. -Lady who was massaging me-hurt me! All my body hurts. Because was stupidly pressing her elbows non sense. -Don't have stupid illusion when you come here to get foot massage cuz from whole hour you might get like 10-12 min of painful foot massage. -I believe male massage therapist work more professional at that place. read more

Love this place. I have been coming here for 3 years. It's cozy, spa-like and the people are very friendly. I usually get a 1 hr massage for $40 or 2 hr for $80. They are open till 10pm so I can get my massage and go home and sleep very relaxed. However, the rooms are cubicles and sometimes are not as quiet as I would like during my massage. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! I've been a customer here on and off for a couple of years. Despite the questionable service, I've given them my business from time to time because it's a cheap massage. I totally get it that you get what you pay for. However, what's totally unacceptable is giving out appointments when they have no possible way of honoring them. I called ahead and was told to come in at 9:30pm. I get there and the waiting area is full. At least 5 other women were waiting. She then tells me it'll be a 45 minute wait. Another customer walks up and says she was given an appointment at 9pm and has been waiting. She was told it'll be another half hour then she'll know if she's going to have a masseuse available because most of them want to go home since it's late. Three of us walked out then. How do you book appointments and make people drive to your location and not know if you can accommodate them? Especially since their services are timed. Complete lack of consideration for the customer's time. Not to mention horrible treatment of their workers for making them work past their agreed upon hours without asking them first. Lily's Foot Spa is by far the best place! I've been to many massage places it's safe to say I finally found the perfect place. I've been here many times and always been satisfied. The masseuse's are very qualified and give the best massage. They are also very friendly. The price is amazing for the foot massage $25 for 60 minuets. You don't take clothes off, you share the room with others but it's not a problem. They really make sure you leave there relaxed, they put a lot of effort in the massage. The only complaint I have for this place is the amount of noise. This place is absolutely perfect except for the noise. They play a calming music in the background but the volume is too low, I wish they would make the volume higher. Also the talking is too loud, you can hear the people come in to get massage and talk which makes it impossible to fully relax mentally. But I guess the amazing massage makes up for it. Went here with my girlfriend the other day. And let me tell you. This was THE WORST foot massage place I have ever been to. The receptionist seemed hesitant at first to bring us back t the massage chairs. After he finally decided to take us back he went and got the water to soak our feet in. Shortly after that my massage started. I didn't realize it at the time but my girlfriends massage didn't start for a full 10 minutes after mine did. And who was her masseuse? The receptionist. Yes. You heard that correctly. The receptionist was her masseuse. So during her "one hour" foot and body massage he kept stopping to answer the phone and the door even taking messages while massaging her. It was the most unprofessional place I have ever seen. And during the massage my girlfriend text me letting me know how bad it was and that she wanted to leave but didn't want to say anything because my massage seemed to be going pretty good. After my massage ended maybe a minute later her massage also ended. So they cut it short by 9 minutes. She told me it was so bad she felt like she needed another massage to fix what this one did. I felt so bad and wanted to make things better. We put our shoes on and paid and started to leave. When my masseuse stated to me that I forgot his tip to which I replied I didn't forget it. I didn't leave a tip for either of them because of how bad my girlfriends massage was and the only part of my massage that was any good was my legs and feet. They both massaged our spines which I have never had before and it didn't feel relaxing. After he stated I forgot to leave his tip and I said I didn't forget we walked out to him swearing about us not tipping. As we were walking away he came outside with a lady that worked there and they stopped us to ask about the tip to which I told them I didn't feel a tip was earned. And she continued to try and scold us for about 15 minutes about not tipping. The only tip I should have given them would to be more professional and don't stop a massage so much to answer the phone and door and end the massage because the hour is up even though the actual massage wasn't an hour long I also let them know tipping is not required it is based on the service provided to which my masseuse walked off again swearing and the lady told us to never come back again. Don't worry we will never come to this unprofessional place ever again I hope people read these reviews and think twice before coming here. I found Lily's on yelp and we decided to give it a try since the reviews were good and it was local to us. Absolutely loved it! $40 for one of the most amazing full body Swedish massages Ive gotten at a foot spa. I believe the girl who did my massage, her name was Benni, she was amazing and focused on every single part of my body, and extra on the parts I mentioned I needed more or that she felt needed more attention. I have been to this place a total of 2 times now. I am always on the lookout for a new massage spa to visit due to my slight obsession with it. My first experience was good. I think my masseuse had gloves on, which was disappointing because I left a lot of rubber action rather than skin to skin. My second was this past weekend. I don't know how I feel about it. My masseuse was very, very rough, I couldn't help but feel a little irritated afterwards. I think I will try them out one last time. Also, this is a bit random but I couldn't help notice the fish tank up front while I was paying. There is a huge tropical fish placed in a VERY tiny tank. When I say this fish is huge.. I mean it! I couldn't help but feel really bad. It is a bit unethical to place a fish of that size in such a small tank, leaving it with barely any space to swim around and be happy. Maybe investing in a larger tank? Also, it seems that the tank is divided into two.. the second half is also very confined, and has several small fish in it. Call me crazy, but I want justice for the fish. read more

Tried Lily's once again (several times). Each time I requested a particular therapist and was told no problem, so I made an appointment. When I got there, I was then told that that therapist was not even working that day and they pushed me to someone else. If I could give Lily's 0 stars I would. The only reason I am writing this review is so I can save other people from having a horrible experience. It was Mother's Day and I was hoping that my mom and I could have a nice relaxing massage. I called at 3:55pm and they told me to come in at 4:30 and they could take us for a 1 hour foot massage. Got there at 4:25 and they told us it would be about 10 min. At 4:40 they took us to the massage chairs, put out feet in water and let us Lay there for another 10 min without saying anything, so it is now 4:50. They finally got started, The person that I had did not have a clue as to what she was doing, she basically was rubbing my legs and arms and was going from one area to the other. And then to top it all off the massage was over at 5:40, so the hour massage was actually only 50 minutes long, and probably the worst massage I ever had. There are way too many other places to go to I would stay away from this one!!!!! read more

Massage is cheap because your hospital bills will be expensive. No joke. Went in Saturday with a headache. As if it wasn't bad enough that the young boys masseuse's hands smelled like smoke or that he kept earbuds in so I could hear the incessant droning murmur of noise, most devastating was that when he finished and I tried to get up, I could not. My back was totally out. I'm trained in massage, with a ten year practice. I receive massage regularly and this has never happened. My lower back was toast. Took 20 minutes before someone checked on me, I conveyed the problem and was met with useless stares. No ice on site. I took nearly 30 minutes to crawl my way out and paid (yes they took my credit card even though they knew my pain, I was in too much pain to think I should just walk out) Went home to ice and pain pills and the doctor today! So I lost 50 bucks to them and ended up in worse pain then I have ever known. read more
