They say they close at 8:30 pm I've tried to get message for the past week and they seem to be open but tell you that they are busy when no one is there. went just recently dec.27th with my husband and it was really great. We had a groupon for 2 hot stone massages, 60 minutes.we walked in, inside looks really tranquil verses the outside of the building. they walked us to our room, nice set up music already playing in the background. Me and my boyfriend came here for Valentines Day and got the package for one hour jaccuzi , one hour massage and one hour facial. It was a great experience!!! The ladies that work there are very nice and respectful. We never have gone to a spa before and the massages was amazing!! Expect that the massage stones were really hot and I had to tell the lady. I have a job that can be stressful and I'm always looking for places to get a massage. I was looking for a couples massage this time and I happened to come across this place. First of all, this spa is really close to my house. It's local and inexpensive. I got the couples retreat for $189, it was 3 hours long. Well worth my money. You get 1 hr jacuzzi/sauna, 1hr massage and a 1 hour facial. This place was very relaxing, the staff was great and friendly. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was because our massage was only about 40 mins long. I also didn't like the rough towel cleanse that they do removing the lotion. I would much rather keep the lotion on my body then have it scrubbed down. Other than that, I left the place feeling great! Relaxed and I'm definitely coming back. read more

I absolutely love this place . The staff is very sweet . I went for a massage and the jacuzzi , I enjoyed it so much that I hosted my 30th birthday here . The Owner, Charles was amazing. As far as my birthday , it was great , they have a great package where you are able to rent out the spa for 3hours and get massages , facials and jacuzzi times for your guests and much more . I was able to customize it the way I wanted to as far as decorating. They included a photographer with my package . It was such an awesome experience for a great price . My husband and I went to check it for the first time a month after they opened. The place was so close to our house, very clean and the service is very good. Affordable price too that since then we even.get massages with our son on WEEKLY BASIS or twice a week if we have the extra money. I even arranged a "Bridal Shower Party Massages" for my baby daughter's wedding.They provided snacks,drinks and fresh roses. They even took picturesof the event. Almost everyone had a blast! My friend and I went here for her birthday and a girls spa day. We were a little late to our appointment but the girls were very accomadating. We bought the couples package. We started with an hour long hot stone massage, it was so relaxing the hour went by super fast. Then we had an hour facial, which was nice (never had one, it seemed good). Then last we were given wine and got to sit in the jacuzzi and have girl talk. The last few minutes we went into the suana. I agree with other review, Manager are very friendy, very accommodating, but I am so disappointment with FACIAL service, DO not come here for facial, I havent try the massage so maybe for that service is better than the FACIAL, the Esthetician which i doubt that she is license is a very nice lady, BUT she dont know how to speak English and its so hard to communicate with her, she need to grab her cell phone to translate and she makes no sense at all. Good massage with decent prices. I was able to book an appt same day which was great! Unfortunately, when it came time to pay they're credit card machine wasn't working because of their internet and I had no cash on me. I let them know I could drive down to chase bank which is down the block and I would leave my friend there mean while I came back. They didn't seem to like the idea and suggested I go across the street to the liquor. Long story short I got charged 2 ATM fees because of their hardware malfunction. I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience and I'm not sure if this happens often. Overall it was a good experience but make sure to take cash just in case there's another credit card malfunction. I personally will probably not be returning since I already have a preferred massage spot. I prefer the places that require the medical conditions/history to be filled out and also inquire about what areas you would like the massage to focus on. read more

My wife and I went today for Valentine's for their 3 hour couples package..AMAZING!!!!! as soon as we walked in they took us back to our private hot tub for one hour.
