She asked me what style I preferred. I'm a volume girly but she recommend the "Hybrid " design for me so I went with her choice for my eyes and face. The process takes about 45-1hour so be prepared to sit for a little bit. She was gentle and careful and it was not painful or unpleasant. It felt like a feather gently poking you on your eye lids. In addition, failure to properly clean contact surfaces. Also, some of the new MTs are very young, have had little-to-no serious training (a few days) and no license. The young MTs (Luna, for example) are given customers after only a few sessions of "training" and are simply not ready, especially for deep tissue or injury treatment. Lastly, the owner texted me a few days ago and said there is potential sexual activity occuring in her store, so female customers might want to take note of that and avoid the store alltogether.
