if there were a ZERO id give Lily's nails in port Hope , just that! I've given this salon so many chances. in short, they suck! NEVER will I be going back. they are shady and just plain not good nor nice ppl. once had a pedicure and got charged the same as anyone else mind you I have had a toenail removed but they were too quick to put that tip away. shellac manicures don't last but the latest manicure, I book an appt with Tia. This was the most shoddy pedicure and manicure I have ever had and not just because of the quality of the services which were lacking to say the least. One coat of polish, no base or top coat. Staff were rude - i was told to put down my book (magazine) when about to have my nails done - certainly could have been worded differently. Then ordered to wash my hands. Had pedicure at this salon. While it was nice to pop in on my lunch break (it was fast) I felt it was almost too fast for the 30$ I was charged. Nothing really other than a nail trim and cuticle clipping, no cream, no base coat to the polish. Overpriced in my opinion when comparing service to other salons that offer quick manicures and pedicures. read more

Really awful, pedicure and gel nails for my wedding the next two days! They did it too quickly and it was very very sloppy. My nails chipped and had air bubbles the same day and my toes looked like a four year old did them. Won't go back. read more

They do your nails fast, but it lacks quality. My shellac nails started chipping in less than a week. My toes they put on only one coat and in a few weeks they look like they had not been done for months. Plus their not that friendly and prices are expensive. I would go someplace else. read more

I am so sorry that I went there. I found the staff rude and the outcome was not very good. I have to attend a wedding with this mess. The overall approach is a bit suspect as well. I really have to wonder about the cleanliness of this establishment. If the nail devices are not sterilized properly, it could lead to disease. read more

The staff is really nice and it's fast but lacks quality. The first time I visited my tips (gel) broke off within a week - 2 fingers. I thought I would give it a second chance and once again I have 3 broken off within a couple of weeks. They are very natural and even but very thin and don't last. read more
