Her service is really quick and she tries her best to distract you from the fact that she is waxing you and make the experience more tolerable. Will definitely be back, she is super sweet and kind and her work is clean and thorough as well. Would recommend if you're looking for a private place to get waxed, which she does in the basement of her home!

We filled out the usual new client type of form. We waited for about 15 minutes for our facials to begin, and no one spoke to us. No one offered to show us around, a glass of water... nothing. Finally we were greeted by the 2 women that would offer our facial services. I had the same woman for my massage, a new woman came in to perform my sisters massage. We both really enjoyed both of those treatments by all three women. Neither of us was expecting to be in the same room for our both of our treatments and I would have appreciated this being addressed when we arrived. I like privacy when I am getting a massage, even if it is only my sister. I also was really thirsty the entire time and was surprised there was no water or tea available.

They also have a very trendy and unique jewellery display throughout their reception area which I have made a few purchases from. My only complaint would be I wouldn't suggest leaving a voicemail if it picks up when you call to make an appointment, I've never had any luck when I've done so. Great for pre prom, they do makeup as well and the makeup is mineral makeup which is natural and not harsh on your skin. The makeup is even available for purchase after. Bikini wax was a total disappointment, was left really raw and in pain for the next two days…read morefollowing the appointment. I think some skin was torn off in the process. That had never happened to me before. She also missed lots of hair and I was in no way ready to wear a bathing suit. Pedicure was also of poor quality, it seemed very rushed and overall poorly done. Cuticles were still in terrible shape and the polish did not last beyond the first day - again, this has never happened to me before. Both services were not cheap, and I left feeling ripped off. Will return to my more moderately priced place as I believe that they do a better job and cost 20$ less.
