Rather odd I was told to wear a mask but the very rude secretary did not have to, Upon returning the nurse I was waiting to see did not show up until 9:50 a half hour after my appointment and spent 15 minutes gossiping and discussing her supper tonight with coworkers and when asked to speak with the doctor at 10am a half hour my appointment Dr. Doucette still was not even in the building. When I asked to speak to the person who manages the clinic all of the sudden everyone was ready to see me 35 minutes after my appointment. Incredibly unprofessional and terribly rude, would never recommend this to unprofessionalism to anyone

First when I called they called me by the wrong last name and were trying to arrange an appointment for the wrong issue. I can completely understand how this can happen and was willing to let this pass as I really liked the lady I spoke with at the time. However, when I called back to rebook the appointment I was specifically suppose to speak with Lauren who was super nice. However, "STAR" the lady who answered.....completely ignored my request to speak with this individual. I can't believe I'm writing this. She ignored me completely and basically talked to me in a very totalitarian manner. I am still in shock. So, as I proceeded to "try" and ask her again if I could speak with Lauren she continued to speak over me ignoring my voice. Told me when my appointment would be and the day. I told her that she obviously does not follow instruction very well as I specifically wanted to to speak with Lauren....or, at least someone who enjoys dealing with clients and understands the importance of providing a positive client experience, etc. To top it all off, after I called we spoke yet again and she proceeded to have me on speaker phone. I could hear another lady in the back ground state...not sure what's wrong you're being nice to her. first of all, it is not appropriate use speaker phone when calling clients. especially for initial introductions and when you are working within the healthcare field...some information is confidential; it's just inappropriate and unprofessional. I am upset, appalled and find it hard to believe there are individuals in society who treat people like this. To make matters worse.....then her boss called who was really nice and stated that she was told I wanted to speak with her and she was actually following up. oh my, again she was nice but I did not ask to speak with anyone's manager. Wow! I am sure there are good Occcupational Therapist at this organization. however, because I was treated so so soooo poorly by "Star" I cannot in good conscious visit this establishment. She was very belittling and to know that someone would hire an individual such as this is very unsettling. maybe she was as having a bad day. we all have bad days at times.

She is always smiling and has a bright, sunny disposition…read more To date, she has prescribed for me two sets of orthotics, which have improved my walking comfort. Both of the times we met for her to instal a new set of orthotics, she has been meticulous about making sure that they have been perfectly cut to size, and today she applied a stiffener layer to the toe-end sections of each one that improved installing and removing the orthotics from my shoes. She has also noted a couple of other foot-related issues and we have spoken about those, and her focus has never wavered. I recommended her to my younger son, who also needed podiatry support, and his experiences were also five-star occasions. Yelp needs to remove the posted "review" for March 15, 2018. It was obviously posted as a "joke", is unworthy of a Yelp review.

I have been to countless other health professionals (chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage therapists) in the past to deal with pain and tingling in my wrists and arms accompanied by tension in my shoulders, neck and back. I am finally feeling that I understand why my body feels pain and how different parts and systems in my body are interacting. I really appreciate the holistic, hands on approach taken by these practitioners. I am also so relieved to be treated one-on-one without any use of machines during my sessions. I highly recommend this centre and its practitioners to people looking for treatment and relief from chronic pain such as mine.

Sister Sarah and I did floats Tuesday afternoon at The Floatation Centre. I've done them for a few…read moreyears (I find them relaxing) and this was her first one. It was a nice restful spot and the staff was kind and caring. A 75 minute float in 11 inches of water with 1,000 pounds of salt! They gave us some stickers when we left.

I waited 3 weeks for a phone appointment for a matter that should have involved an in person…read moremeeting. On the evening I was to be called I waited an hour then called the office. Their voicemail was full (and still is). I called over and over again and finally reached someone. I was told there had been an "emergency" but no one at the office knew that until they checked for me. I was given another appointment a week later rather than a priority call. A week later I spoke with doctor who agreed we should meet in person. He said his office would call with an appointment. Another week and still no appointment.
