The doctor has never called to see how he is or why he never returned for his post op. I thought we picked a great doctor. Now I just feel guilt for sending my husband to Branavacki. Please research your surgeon better than we did. And Do Not go to Branavacki!

My hip felt better before the replacement and I never had a hip flexor problem. The pain is horrible and there are days driving (going from brake to gas pedal) hurts so bad. Other days I can barely lift that leg to dress. I was told by my new Doctor that I need to fix that hip (ok Dr Branovacki you told me my new hip will last 30 years and change my life!!! Ha) with the replacement before the hip that wasn't replaced due to the pain. Why wait you say?? My knee he replaced (NEVER REPLACE JOINTS IN 4 MONTHS OF EACH OTHER) on 5/7/26 needs to come and get replaced. Yup knee revision in 11 months!!! I cannot take the daily pain and pain all night!! Ok Dr Branovacki...you said my knee will last 30 years and my quality of life will improve. Well my quality of life has drastically declined. It has been a horrific year of pain. New Doctor did tests and the bottom piece is loose & the spacer too large (6 months after replacement!) no amount of physical therapy will help the knee. Multiple doctors to get it to bend and straighten. It has been a horrible year?? DO NOT USE Dr Branovacki or Midwest Ortho in Orland or oak lawn. It's packed with people, long waits and no care at all for patients. See as many as you can pack in (but don't expect an appointment for more than 15 minutes) and move them out. Dr Branovacki told me & my husband I "expect too much...I have over 1,000 patients" we'll start taking care of them!!!! Once he sees you ....passed off to one of his 3 PA's and forget talking to him after surgery or a PA....only a nurse who complains about all the work she has!!!! If you end up in the hospital with blood clots (extensive through leg with knee and traveled to lungs) because of a nurse who does not share pictures that were sent to her...Dr won't check on you. None of them will. Please do not use Dr Branovacki for hips or knee!!!!!!

I had an ACL reconstruction back then from a basketball injury(2011), and (since I'm highly active) I've re-torn my ACL recently again, twice- July 2019, Jan 2020(was doing something i shouldn't have been). Each time I've had to have surgery, I've had the MRI and surgery within 2 weeks of finding out that it was re-torn along with different options including surgical and non surgical. I've opted for surgery each time since I personally am highly active. The facility itself is well built, very clean, and well maintained. The staff is great, very friendly-from the ladies(Sara) at the front desk all the way to the nurses in back! If i ever have an issue i can call and get in the office quickly to get things straightened out. Dr. Chaudri is great! He's down to Earth, has excellent bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable, and tells you exactly what's wrong and gets straight to the point. He answers all questions you ask(if you ask any since he already explains things.) On a occasion or two I've also have had Dr Durudogan read me results etc. he was also very well mannered, very knowledgeable, and has good bedside manner as well. I HIGHLY recommend this location and these doctors especially Dr Chaudri.

My son had an unfortunate accident on November 27th, just before Thanksgiving. He thought he had only dislocated his shoulder, but after an X-ray, we learned he had actually broken his clavicle bone. The hospital informed us that surgery was likely necessary, but we needed to see an orthopedic specialist to confirm. We were fortunate to secure an appointment with Parkview Orthopedic Group on December 2nd. After reviewing the X-ray, the doctor confirmed the fracture was severe, and surgery would be required to address multiple bone fragments. The earliest available surgery date was December 12th, but the very next day, we received a call that the surgery was being rescheduled. Dr. Luke was now assigned to my son's case, and he could perform the surgery on December 10th. This was a bit of good news, as it meant my son would get the care he needed sooner. On December 4th, we met Dr. Luke. He thoroughly explained the situation, describing how the bone fragments would need to be repositioned and then secure the bone with a plate. He also took the time to explain the importance of avoiding damage to my son's growth plates. Dr. Luke made us feel confident that my son was in excellent hands. The next 13 days were tough--my son had to sleep in a chair, and the bone pushed against his skin in a way that looked extremely painful. He was able to attend school up until the day before surgery, demonstrating incredible resilience. He truly handled it like a soldier. On the morning of surgery, Dr. Luke reassured us by explaining that they would perform a nerve block to manage pain for up to 24 hours after the procedure. While I was a little nervous about the nerve block after reading about it, the anesthesia team made sure my son was comfortable and explained everything to him. After about two hours in surgery, Dr. Luke came out to update me, saying the procedure went very well. He managed to reposition all but one of the bone fragments. The nerve block worked wonders, but by around 4 a.m. the next morning, as it wore off, my son experienced significant pain. Fortunately, the prescribed pain medication helped bring the discomfort to a more tolerable level. A week later, we had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Luke. The nurse removed the bandages, and everything looked great. Dr. Luke used sutures instead of staples to minimize scarring, which was another thoughtful detail. Since my son is young and recovering well, Dr. Luke gave him a list of exercises to do. We've had several follow-up appointments with Dr. Luke since then, and my son continues to heal well. He gave my son a choice of self-therapy if he wants, which he was thrilled about. Dr. Luke has been exceptional every step of the way--never rushing us, always answering our questions, and providing outstanding care. If you find yourself in need of orthopedic surgery, I can't recommend Dr. Kevin W. Luke enough. His expertise, compassion, and thoroughness made all the difference in my son's recovery. Thank you, Dr. Luke, for your excellent care and for putting my son's clavicle back together! I'm not sure what happened with the others who left negative reviews, but their experiences don't match mine at all!

With Dr Primus & team please bring up all the issues you have in order for treatment to be successful. I came for my knees I believe I slipped and fell when it icy out onto my knees, maybe 4-5 years ago but I didn't break anything. My knees finally had it and started to buckle after exercising last spring. Dr Primus performed surgery on the left knee which gave me the most problems. The right started feel the effects of overuse so I received a steroid injection. My surgery went well I was able to maneuver on my own without crutches within 5 weeks. Trust when I tell you that the recovery is painful but you'll get better in time. Trust the process with keeping up with appointments PT and doing exercises at home. PT team is all that, always attentive to working my knees using equipment and body calisthenics. You don't wait for them normally give precise appointments so you're not rushed but again let them know how you are feeling and all issues. To care for yourself after will aid you in recovery. A 9.5 out of 10 for me but be prepared to wait for Dr Primus. He is very skilled, attentive and trying to help out everyone. For the most part people are willing to wait to wait for him. Bring your patience when choosing Dr Primus, you will wait some times but he is so worth it!!! Before coming to CSO I previously went to a center whom I shall NOT name and they were not attentive. They played with my health and pain, that was a NO go for me, I took my injuries, my money and found Dr Primus. Dealing with ins red tape and possibly having ins that may not cover my medications after the 1 st of the year , Latieshea sat down (this is a busy practice) and worked on it until she had confirmation that they would be taken care of on a holiday (NYE) ! Latieshea also treats you like a human being not a number ! Pleasant to talk with and VERY VERY EFFICIENT at her job. As time went by, and people were going in and out, I noticed that people were being called back that came after me. Now, I'm reasonable and I know that there are other services being provided. However, a lady came in and sat right next to me. We chatted for about 30 minutes about different things. She told me that she was there to see Dr. Kendall. At about 11:15, someone came out and called her. At this point, I've been there for nearly 90 minutes! And why is this lady being called before me? So, I get up and I wait behind a lady checking in. Someone walks up and nicely asked if I was checking in. I said I want to make sure you all did not forget about me and her response was that there were only 2 doctors there. This has nothing to do with why people who walked in after me are being called back before me. So, I sat down, made an appt for 11:45 at an Orthopedic doctor down the street. I walked out, made it to my appointment at 11:40 and was almost immediately whisked away for an x-ray. I saw a doctor and was out of there within 45 minutes. So, I wasted a $55 copay at an office that did not provide me any services. I don't know if existing patients have priority over new patients at this office, but this should have been explained when I made the appointment. The lady I chatted with says Dr Kendall is a great doctor. Give him a try if you've got all day to wait.​​

Never did we feel rushed. She was just happy to help in any way she could. Full of information and super nice. And Dr. Curtis is the absolute best. He takes his time and makes us feel heard. He asks questions and many of them so that he can asses our problems as thoroughly as possible. He gave us exercises and stretches that actually have HEALED my son's back. Please keep in mind, my son does these exercises and stretches on a daily basis because he is an athlete and never wants to feel the discomfort and pain again that he was previously experiencing. He is currently working on making his knee whole again with exercises and stretches that Dr. Curtis has recommended. It's only been about 1.5 weeks and already there is much improvement. MUCH improvement. Go see Dr. Curtis. Follow his instructions. Feel better. ^_~
