Lime Light is the best thing that has happened to me since I moved to Fort Collins to pursue my bachelors of science at CSU. I have was a ballerina for 18 years before going to college, and after turning down an invitation to join a professional company. I hadn't really been working out since I came to college because I hate going to the gym. You have all the crazy gym goers who look at you funny when you don't really know how to lift weights or use the machines. I do not like being peer pressured into working out at a gym, and the "group dance" classes are usually too easy for me after so many years of ballet. I have been coming to Lime Light since March 2012 and love it so so much! It is a wonderful environment. Everyone (teachers and students) are supportive and encouraging and we really just have a party every class while working out! You get to know the instructors and other students on a really personal level which makes working out with them so much more enjoyable! I take the pole fitness classes mainly and fly gym. If you are looking for a crazy, all-over, full-body workout I would say Fly Gym is the way to go. It doesn't even really feel like you are working out too much, but you definitely cannot move the next day :) If you are feeling a little more adventurous and want a sexy & fun full body workout I would go with the pole classes. Being able to watch videos and competitions of the professional dancers, and then all of sudden having Lacey get you into the same trick in class...it is so freaking exciting and I feel so strong! Lime Light is the best studio out there to have a fun work out environment, to make life long friends, and to finally get yourself to the strong & fit individual everyone is always striving to be! I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to just have fun, and maybe get fit while doing it ;)! read more

I love Lime Light! I've been going to Lime Light for about 14 months now. I started when they started offering aerial silks classes, but I've played around in several other classes, including pole, hoops-and-hineys and private lessons. The staff is amazing - They are the most supportive, positive, beautiful, and confident women I ever met, and they exude these qualities so they infect everyone around them. I felt a little subconscious the first day I went to a pole class - but about 10 minutes later I was over it because of how supportive and encouraging the instructors (and other classmates!) are. Not to mention, these ladies know what they are doing - if you need inspiration, you don't need to look any farther than the women teaching these classes. The classes are challenging - no joke - but those challenges are what keep me coming back. It's hard to get workout boredom when there is that one trick (of many!) you haven't mastered yet. And beginners don't need to worry either - even in a class of mixed levels, the instructors customize the classes to each individual's personal level of experience and ability. This review is hard to write because words don't do this place justice. I have never had so much fun getting in shape and getting stronger than since I started taking classes at Lime Light. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get in shape, feel confident and good about yourself, or just have fun. I come out of every class with all three! read more

I have been taking pole classes from Lacey since she was located in the basement of Cafe Vino and I now have become regular student at her BEAUTIFUL Limelight Studio! She and her other AMAZING instructors really know how to make you feel good and have fun while getting an AWESOME workout. I have worked my way up to level 3 (L3) pole and the second 6 weeks series of Aerial Silks and although it took some strength building it was pretty easy with the help of the PROFESSIONAL, DEDICATED, and TALENTED staff at Limelight. I also love their hoops/core class and look forward to learning Lyra soon! Lacey hosts great parties for various occasions including performances. Whether you are just their to watch your classmates show off their skills or to be a star in the show, it is a BLAST! Lacey also has great deals on classes but even at full price it's a great value for the personal instruction and support you get. Sorry to write a novel but I can't say enough about how great this studio is. Check it out and you will soon understand why. Lime Light Fitness is by far the best place to work out. I have been taking pole classes since May 2012. I absolutely love it! The instructors are fantastic and each bring a unique perspective/style that amps up the workout. Each instructor is great about helping individuals even though classes are typically done in a group session. It is such a supportive environment from both instructors as well as others in the class as well! I am one of the young pups at the studio and because of Lime Light I have become a strong young lady both physically and mentally. Pole challenges me in all the right ways! I wouldn't trade going to Lime Light for any other gym in town! I highly recommend Lime Light to anyone and everyone. I love lime light! I have always been active but still had a hard time getting motivated to go to the gym but once I started king to lime light I was addicted I don't even feel like I'm "going to the gym" everyone is so much fun and supportive that it feels like your just hanging out with the girls. In addition you get an amazing work out every time I have literally transformed my body and am now able to do things I never thought possible. I am stronger now in my mid 20s than I was when I was in high school. Like I was telling the girls today as I left, "My butt always feels a little tighter after I leave here!" This is the place to get the ultimate workout! Pole is by far one of the most difficult yet fun and fulfilling types of fitness I have ever tried. My plan when I started pole fitness was to lose the rest of my baby weight and TONE UP!! I have gotten that and so much more! The girls/instructors are absolutely amazing and they know what they are doing! I've been taking classes at this studio since January 2013. I have taken yoga, hoops & hineys, pole, aerial silks, and Lyra. Every instructor I've had has made me feel welcome and included. These women know what they are doing, and are excellent teachers. This is the only gym I've ever regularly attended, because classes there do not feel like "working out," even though they are incredible workouts. At 43, I am the strongest I've ever been in my life, and it's because of these classes. I recommend Lime Light to everyone I know. It's fun, supportive, and you get results. read more

I've been working out here for 2 years and I absolutely love it. Lacey launched the very first pole studio in town several years ago and I love supporting a local business owned by a local Fort Collins woman. The studio is beautiful, super clean and it's the nicest pole studio/fitness center I've been in. All of the instructors are top-notch and have many years of experience and training that translate into real results! Lime Light makes working-out fun with great results. Since it's fun, you will want to work-out regularly! They offer several types of classes; some of my faves are Pole Fit, Fly Gym, Hoops 'n Hineys and Cardio Core! I have been attending Lime Light since the beginning and highly recommend. This is a great place to learn pole and feel embodied! They have various levels making it accessible for everyone (from the new mover to the experienced). If you are feeling clunky in your body or find yourself as someone who wants to move in playful and creative new ways, this is a great studio to dip your toe in. The instructors work with you to help you improve as well as just make you feel amazing :) I struggle to motivate myself to workout but after one day at lime light I knew I'd never struggle again. Wonderful studio, Excellent instruction. At first I was intimidated by the whole 'stripper pole thing' but the instructors do a great job helping you get comfortable with the equipment. Killer workout and an absolute blast. So much fun, I even take visiting friends to classes. read more
