Once again, I found Chad and the whole team at Mr. Handyman to be fantastic. He listened carefully to the concern, evaluated the issues and came up with the most cost-effective solutions. He made sure he set expectations in advance of scheduling the work and carefully chose his people that had the right skill set to do the job perfectly. Speaking of the right skillset -- Steven, the lead technician on the job, was just phenomenal to work with. Have you ever met someone who just really knows their stuff and makes you feel at ease? That's Steven in a nutshell. He's worked in all aspects of construction and it shows in his confidence and the quality of his work. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire job and made sure I was completely satisfied.
