Joe Bernier is the Founder and Principal of Structway Construction with over 28 years of experience in building compliance and construction. His background includes more than two decades as a building inspector and over 20+years working in the industry as a project manager, general contractor, quality control manager, insurance adjuster, roofing contractor, and restoration specialist. Joe’s expertise also includes water intrusion diagnostics, mold assessment, remediation, and structural alterations & repairs , allowing him to identify problems others often miss. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, providing a strong technical foundation behind every project. This rare combination of licensing, engineering education, and hands-on experience enables Joe to deliver projects with precision, accountability, and long-term performance.
