I can give them one star because their message therapists are amazing, but Brian the owner/manager keeps firing them. I have had 3 appointments canceled on me while I am in the waiting room. I had a groupon and they would not honor it. It expired because they kept giving me insane reasons why they had no appointments and then once I got them, they would wait till I was sitting there in their waiting room and then come out and say "I am so sorry we can't service you today! Brian would not call me back so we could find a solution. I had to go to groupon and report them and get groupon to refund the money. Stay AWAY from this place. Lose weight somewhere else!! ANYWHERE ELSE!! I can't go into depth about how awful it was to be a "patient" there (the pinnacle of it was when they lost my file and had no record of my program, or progress. And then working there was an insult to every part of my existence! What a terrible business with an awful owner. I had an appointment with them back in August to try the lipo light treatment. I received a Groupon gift from someone and had planned on getting a massage as the Groupon stated, but Limerick Medical Center stated they did not have a masseuse on staff at that time. They talked me into trying the light lipo so I conceded. I went in at my scheduled appointment only to wait 45 minutes before they would see me. It was extremely unorganized as far as filling out paperwork and then being told, "Oh you need to fill this out as well. I forgot". I did not notice any results which I wouldn't expect after one visit so I figured I would try again. I have now called 4 times to make a new appointment and am always put to voicemail.
