I finally broke down and started my search for one covered by my insurance. I wanted a chiropractor that has been around for some time, in a convenient location, trustworthy, and reputable. Unfortunately, most chiropractors in the area were either new, in a bad location, or had a ton of bad reviews. I was really surprised with what I found. Dr. Schaffer seemed to be the only chiropractor with excellent reviews and was very involved with his community. So I made an appointment. The first appointment was very long, about two hours. They had me get the paperwork completed, watch educational videos, run tests, and then meet the doctor. Dr Schaffer was very warm, friendly, and just wanted me to feel comfortable. I truly appreciated that because I was uneasy about having chiropractic care. He answered all of my questions and did the first adjustment that day. I am on a care plan, but I am very pleased with his work so far. I am feeling a lot better and can sleep at night. I am still waiting for my insurance to process their claims, but it seems to be inexpensive for everything I am having done. If anything changes with billing I will update the review. I am going to see if my husband can come here next for his back problems. I highly recommend anyone to come here.

Every little bump? Like following the rules and protecting other people's health and welfare? Didn't go back after that. I mean, not much of a healthcare mindset and it shot my confidence that I would be kept safe. Approaching 750,000 deaths in the U.S., and this "doctor" seems oblivious.

I called and canceled my appointments and you'd think they'd at least have the decency give me a call back and give me some insight? No. No one called and they just canceled all my appointments since I'd didn't get any calls about missing any lol. I was willing to give this practice the benefit of the doubt since I've had no experience with a chiropractor before, and just see how it would go. Honestly, it just seems like a lack of care. They adjust you in an open area where honestly anyone can watch when there's private rooms in the back that they could to it. It just felt like a waste of my time. Especially since the first appointment was xrays, watching a really old video by yourself in the room and "visual tests". There's literally no need for you to have to come in the NEXT day and get adjusted. There's absolutely no reason why they can't do it same day. This entire waste of time costed me $80 and I wish I would've went ANYWHERE else. So, if you want to be treated with a one on one experience I'd find a better practice.

I am so happy to be back to my regular appointment schedule. I had to stop during the worst of…read moreCOVID and I paid the price. Now I am back to my weekly appointment by CHOICE! Dr. Leo and Dr. Connor are absolutely the best! When I first went to see them, I had absolutely no use of my right arm and shoulder. I was in constant pain to the point of tears. An ortho - wanted to give me pain meds and shots - I ran from his office and made a same day appointment with McCormick Chiro. Immediately Dr Leo believed he could help and indeed he did. Within the first two visits I would say I was 60% better. I continued with my treatment plan and soon I was 80% better. Just when I thought I was going to need some other form of intervention, Dr. Connor took over my care and within a week or two I was 100% better. I now am totally back to doing everything and anything I want. My shoulder is completely better. Although I was recommended for a 1x a month treatment plan, I choose to continue with a weekly regimen because I just feel better when I do. I could never say enough good things about the practice. I have been to a number of other chiropractors - the ones who just see you when you have a problem, and although I would get a little relief, I never had such a total improvement. As a 62 year old woman, I feel like I am doing the best thing for my body - I address little things before they become big things. I now lift heavy objects better then I did when I was younger, I run, bike and do every crazy activity.
