Now, I'll be honest and say that I've never really been excited about trips to the dentist, just because there's usually pain and a high price involved. I've spent some serious cash in the past on minor procedures and going to the dentist has always felt like more of a chore than a positive experience. I made the 2-hour drive because he was recommended to me by several close friends that raved about how amazing he is, they were right. His front desk staff is very kind and offers excellent customer service! Dr. Moore immediately put me at ease upon my arrival and welcomed me to the town of Fairfield. He actually took the time to explain all those big dental terms (that I usually just pretend to understand) and that was very appreciated. I felt extremely comfortable and to be honest it didn't feel like your typical commercial dental office, it felt like home. This office is family structured and they treat their patients like family, instead of chart numbers. My visit was a positive and painless one and I will definitely switch healthcare providers, the drive is worth it. Dr. Moore is a dentist that you can trust! 5 stars!!!!

I was almost immediately called to the back (waited about 3 minutes). Once I got to the back, I was asked a series of questions that gave the dental hygienist an idea of my dental background and naturally, my fear of the dentist came up. She went out of her way to explain every single detail of what she was doing, why it mattered, and what she was seeing as she did it. Thankfully, I had no cavities so I only received the cleaning but I could not have been more grateful. She was gentle on my teeth and chatted with me about random topics to keep me engaged and at ease. The treatment I received at this office by everyone, from the front desk to the actual dentist herself, was 100/10. I was not prompted to write this review in any way, shape, or form; I am just genuinely impressed at the level of service, hospitality, and hometown feel of this office. I will absolutely be coming back.

At Dental Station I have made multiple trips, they took their time with different try ons to make sure they fit correctly. I don't live in Waco but I do not regret the drives I had to make. Immediately AFTER the pull out, J. Grant told me $1500 for an implant. Pure evil. Don't let that smooth voice fool you. I got health problems right after they pulled my tooth. Don't pull your tooth out unless you need to. Be very careful. Recommended by a friend, I went to see Dr. New in Valley Mills, Tx, & he's worth the drive. I will NEVER forgive Jennifer. I blame myself for not realizing that she had a tech talk for her & that clinic didn't have my best interest in mind. Say a prayer before walking in that door.

The office is gorgeous and you'd think it would be super expensive dentist office, but it has been super affordable for me so far! The office is clean, well decorated, and they are following COVID regulations! They do take your temperature before you enter, so be aware of that if you're suffering from fever or any COVID symptoms. This is the only dentist I'm not afraid of going to, I actually kind of look forward to it now.

After having a completely positive experience with Dr. Tad Morgan, DDS as well as his entire office…read morestaff, I felt I had to take the time to review Dr. Morgan on Google for the benefit of others. After enduring the pain of a rather deep gum line filling of one of my incisors deciding to float out of place late on a Friday evening...of Memorial Day Weekend, I needed help despite being in a different state than my usual dentist. I somewhat waited patiently for three days for any Dentist office to open so I could get help first thing on Monday. When we called to find help, we were met with general rejection. I had the added issue of needing someone holistic minded as I have a myriad of severe health concerns and allergies that had to be taken into account. We were finally referred to Dr. Morgan. His staff was friendly and kind and worked us in between that day's appointments. When we sat down with them and explained I had extreme anxiety from a previously painful procedure that had to be performed with minimal pain meds due to my conditions, they were extremely compassionate. Dr. Morgan's Assistant, Angela, patiently listened to all the challenges we face in dealing with my condition and worked with us in reducing as much exposure as possible to areas of concern. Dr. Morgan was gentle and kind in his approach. After the exam, he took the time to discuss all possible options and help us decide on the best approach. Once the decision was made, Angela sat down with me to explain what each part the procedure would involve to help relax me and then let me know what the doctor was doing throughout the entire process. Knowing there would be no surprises helped me to remain calm. Dr. Morgan was fast and extremely gentle. This particular filling has come out 4 different times due to its location. He had an alternate method to use to try to improve bondage to my tooth in hopes we could maintain the filling for a longer period of time. To make sure there were no allergy concerns, Dr. Morgan had the data sheet on the materials printed out for our review and we were able to further review the ingredients with the office to determine if the material would work for me. Afterwards, I was not sore, other than from the filling having been dislodged, and had almost no pain throughout the entire appointment. In short, I highly recommending giving Dr. Morgan a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.

There was a miscommunication then misunderstanding with some work in progress with my husband. I look forward to meeting with Dr. Cutbirth to work with getting it all sorted. While Dr. Cutbirth is more expensive than some other oral surgeons always remember you get what you pay for so it is an investment when it's anything to do with your teeth. I'm hoping we get things figured out and the fact he reached out to me was very much appreciated.
