I couldn't believe it when Karla informed me I'd get a brand new bumper free, painted free. Thank you so much for making it right and going wven further to help me. I so appreciate it and I wont go anywhere else for body work. Boyd definetely stands by their work. If you have an issue, just talk to them about it-chances are they will make it right again.

He recommended that I get the heater looked at by my mechanic before scheduling the muffler repair. I did and I was told that there was an air pocket in the antifreeze hose. He kind of thought that was the issue, but played it safe as I did and had the heater looked at to be on the safe side. I was quoted an hour for the replacement when it only took 30 minutes. I was thrilled that it didn't take as long and the cost was reasonable.
