I'd heard that dings could be pretty easily fixed if just dents in the middle of panels, but if there's creases or on ridge lines like in our case, it's difficult to do if it can even be done. Tim under promised and over delivered. He said he wasn't sure he could perfectly straighten them out because of the creases and ridges, but he did. Totally conquered the challenge, and we were very happy in the end. If I feel like I receive a "meh" experience, I tend to just leave it alone. This is evident if you're ever bored enough to peruse my other reviews. With that being said, I am a picky person by nature. I hold places to a high standard. If I receive mediocre to average service, I don't usually bother writing a review about my experience. You typically have to really blow me away, one way or another. This is where Push N Pull comes in. My dumb ass tried to re-seat a spoiler using a trim tool. I caused several dings into my tail gate. I reached out to several local shops, including some I've used in the past. Their bids were pretty excessive and encroaching on a spot repaint or full respray of the panel. I remember reaching out to Michael (Push N Pull) about six month ago for a different job. I ultimately didn't go with him because of a personal recommendation for another shop. However, this time around, I thought I would shoot him a message and get his take. Michael was confident he could complete the work and his bid undercut competitors significantly. Michael arrived on-time, was extremely friendly and professional, and answered any questions I had. He quoted me a time-frame and completed the work in nearly half that! That expediency did not compromise the quality. He did a great job at repairing my moronic mistake. AND he did all this at an exceptional cost. For future PDR repairs, I will definitely give Michael a call.

Told me to send pictures of the damage and they provided an estimate of $695 -$795. Took my car to two AutoBody shops and the lowest was $1,395.00 bumper buddies came in at $600.00 Less which was within my budget. Made an appointment for two days later and the technician was an hour and 1/2 early but offered to come later. Since my vehicle was at work I told him No Problem. Manny my techician was very nice and Friendly. Took around 2 hours -2 1/2 Hours to do the work. It looks very good to me. There was one imperfection that really wasn't their fault, a panel came out and like a dumbbell I jammed it back in but a tab was sticking out so the panel was ever so slightly gapped. This warped the side panel It's not really noticeable. I don't blame bumper buddies for this. If you look at my bumper it's almost perfect. Final summation: I'm happy with the job that Bumper Buddies did and my Bumper Looks as good as new and side look as good as it can be without a complete replacement. I would use Bumper Buddies Again

I had a rim with curb rash that I was looking to repair. Found bumper buddies and read all their…read morereviews and figured this was a good company to go with. Scheduled an appointment for 10am a couple days out. When that day came, the technician called first thing that morning having to reschedule for 4pm. 4pm came and went and no phone call. We texted and called asking for an update and nothing. Finally the tech called and said he was 20min out, but didn't show up for another hour. When he finally got here it was 6:30pm and it gets dark in an hour. He did the work and when we went to pay him he tried to bully us into paying venmo instead of an invoice with a link to pay. After it was paid and they had left my husband and I looked at it with a flashlight and noticed how TERRIBLE of a job they did. And the icing on the cake - THEY USED THE WRONG COLOR PAINT! They used a metallic black paint with sparkles and my rims are clearly gloss black. Upon a closer look in the daylight we noticed the over spray all over my rim and tire, roughness all over the rim, dents and even areas with no paint at all. We contacted the company and spoke with the owner who assured us that he agreed it was a bad job and they would take care of it. The tech rescheduled for a day later but again at 5pm. He showed up an hour and a half late AGAIN and was working in the dark AGAIN. He re did the rim and left all sorts of imperfections along with his trash in my yard. I now have a foot long scratch across my rim, dents in it, scuffs all down the spokes (when the damage was on the lip next to the tire), bare spots down to the metal with no paint and you can still see the sparkles from the first time. We contacted the company via text, phone call, left a voicemail on the owners phone, email with photos and NOTHING. All we want at this point is a refund. We are not asking for the rim to be replaced even though now I have to do so out my own pocket since this company destroyed it. I will never utilize this company again nor would I recommend it after the experience we have had. As a business owner myself I'm appalled at how this situation has been handled and will now be reversing the charges to my card.

I had received pretty severe damage on the bumper of my 2019 Kia Stinger after striking a leftover…read moretire in the middle of the night. My bumper was cracked completely and paint ripped off all along the side bumper. This being my first car I was completely distraught. I worked very hard to maintain my car handwashing and oil changing myself constantly so needless to say I couldn't leave the damage unfixed. I began to start a project on yelp to find quotes already acquiescing that a whole bumper would be required and I'd be out some 1500 dollars. The first ever response I got back was from Arnaldo. He gave me an estimate quick and asked for the paint codes so he could match the paint properly. I was a little worried because I understood the extent of my damage and wanted to make sure it was within his work range. He was accommodating and prompt immediately choosing a time for us to meet. He arrived and upon inspection it was much worst then he thought as the fully cracked bumper would need welding. He apologized and offered to come back as soon as possible. Unfortunately it would also be a different price but only 60 or so dollars more and nothing exorbitant. He returned at the early hour he said he would and kept me updated on his times. He assured me that because of the damage and previous work done it may not be perfect but he would do his best. He immediately got to work. He finished the job in just 2 hours because I had work in the afternoon. He finished on time and the work was incredible. Although he said it wasn't perfect it was as close to perfect as I could tell. The front looked as good as new. I thanked him for his time and we had a nice chat about work. Arnaldo is an incredible professional. A man who has perfected his craftsmanship and offers it out at reasonable prices. Any other body shop would have charged me near 2 thousand for the same work. If I ever need any body work done I'll be coming right back to Arnaldo and Prestige Auto Recon.
