Wow I am so impressed! This mobile service saved me so much time and inconvenience. Other shops told me it would take 1 full day minimum without a car, and even up to one week. Arnaldo fixed the scratch on my car within an hour! And I didn't have to leave my house. He's professional, fast, and reliable. I went to check on my car and couldn't even see where it got keyed. Thank you!

Other spots were quoting me well above $700 or telling me I needed to replace the bumper entirely. Work was flawless and was done quick. Not the scope of body paint repair i was looking for. I wanted my entire truck exterior bed repainted (not spot painted) There is some overspray on existing paint and pain runs. These area should have been masked better. He could have done a better job. There was some miscommunication with Arnold. He did gave me a partial refund as I requested. However I will need to get it re-paint at a body shop or wet sand and wrap it myself.

Reached to a couple of body shops last week and Arnold immediately responded with the best quote. I scheduled the appointment and was pleasantly surprised that he offers a mobile service. Only thing that he will need is the car in a shaded area so keep that in mind prior to scheduling your appointment. Initially he quoted $425 for damage then upon arriving he stated the repair would require welding on my bumper so it was an additional $60 so $485 out the door. The other quotes I received were between $700-$1000+ and that would be full bumper repair. He was transparent that he wouldn't be able to fully repair the inside of the bumper however I was satisfied with the results considering the reasonable price. My main concern was the way it looked on the exterior so i was satisfied with the results and I would recommend Arnold! read more

I had a disappointing experience with Arnold. He misquoted me and then let his emotions get in the way of doing a decent job. The repair looked rushed and incomplete he actually made my car worse. After I left a one star review, he said he'd consider fixing it if I took the review down. He came back to buff the car but then decided not to continue and refunded me $285 out of the $600 I paid. Because he at least refunded part of the cost, I'm giving two stars. But he should've just left my car alone. I learned my pricey lesson now I'm paying someone else to fix what Arnold did. The new shop showed me all the imperfections and explained how poorly the work was done. He basically just oversprayed on top of my car's protective film instead of removing it like a professional auto body shop would. The color looked botched, and the texture was gritty and uneven nowhere near the smooth finish it had before. My car is new, so this kind of work really stood out. If it were an older beater car, maybe I wouldn't have cared as much, but with a new vehicle, you have to pay for real professionals who know what they're doing. He also doesn't offer any warranty, so I wouldn't risk it. I'm being honest because what he did wasn't right I paid for a service and was mistreated. I just wouldn't want someone else to go through the same experience. Talk to the guys at DJ's Paintless Dent Removal in Paramount they'll take care of you. read more

Great! Quick response by Arnaldo once I sent in my request for rim repair. Sent it in Friday night, got response by Saturday and he came out by Sunday. Did three rims, one entire rim, in one hour and it's as if the damage never happened. Excellent job and affordable. I'm took pictures once the rims were fixed. I wanted to give him the benefit of a doubt but so far I'm out the money I paid for the decals, deposit for tire cover paint job, and never even got back my tire cover. Should have known better after I texted him from another number requesting another service done while waiting for a response from the number he already has. Very disappointed, he didn't stripped the powder coat down like previously request, paint straight on top of powder with no primer. (Like a botch job). Asked eddie martinez (the business owner) why he did this?. His response was "I was from job to job and didn't have time and asked a friend to finish for me". Utter disappointment, and somehow I felt bad for the guy and believed the story. So i decided to extend the lead date so he can proper finish the job. 5/19 Asked if the wheels were ready to pick up. And eddie's excused was "my parents got to a car accident and can't do it rn". I don't understand why he has to lie like that and provide misinformation. So i want to give him the last chance to do it and asked if he can get it done Friday 5/29. He said "he'll do it". 5/29 came around ask him if is done, no response. Told him i would be there pick up the wheel 3pm. But want to come in early to check his credibility. Trusted my instinct, i was right, played me By a fool, didn't strip down, said he'll sand blasted to clear out all the chipping. Didn't go through with it. Btw, the job is ($500), asked for a full refund, said that was labor and paint he going to eat. Only refund $400, with damaged rims. Have to draft a demand letter through my attorney and request his to pay me. Then caved in and willing to only refund the $400. Thieves stealing $100 from me. Don't do business with him ever, only want cheap and fast job. No business license and worked within a bodyshop, have to escalate through the shop owner for him to call back and pay up.

Disappointed with the repair. I'm aware it will not be fully restored to it's original state but he left the repair in such a messy condition. Oversprayed and color doesnt match after being told it is the original paint, you can still see the initial dent shape and now a larger portion of the vehicle is colored with a random shade than the original. He insisted he would come back to do a touch up and clean up the overspray once it dries after a day but never did, i asked multiple times if he could just clean it up on the spot so he wouldn't need to make another trip. Although its a messy repair I wouldve been content if he could've at least cleaned up the paint on the rubber since it could come right off with the proper tools he had but still strongly insisted he will just come back to fix it. The repair was in January and I've texted about 4-5 times spaced out up until now and no response at all. Unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend. Whole demeanor changed after receiving the payment already. read more
