Why in the world would anyone be interested in purchasing anything else from a company that can't deliver what you are currently paying for. Value for your money? I would recommend going to Sam's Club or Costco and purchasing an industrial size case of Vaseline beforehand, because this company will stick it to you. The only thing Mediacom has consistently proven to have is lousy customer service, long waits for any service call or repair, intermittent service. When you mention to customer service that they need to credit or reimburse you for the service you paid for but didn't receive, no attempt is ever made to credit your account or reimburse you. On a scale of one to ten, I'd give them a -2, yes a minus two.
