    Customer service help me get my Internet working because it's out continuously every single day. They offered me a free EERO to go along in another room since I have one in my living room. I called today to be assisted activating it. Now both the original person and the person today confirmed that it was free and no charge cause I asked the person today and he said yes there's no charge at all ever. So I had to call back 55 minutes later because it would not connect. It was red and the lady made a comment that it was free for the first 90 days and then I would be charged and I told her that's not what the first two people said and she said I'm sorry but after 90 days there's a charge I said send me a label and I'll send it back. Mediacom cannot get their story straight and they cannot keep the Internet connected. I've had a cable running from one house to two houses down outside of my house for the last three months. It's ridiculous. They are the worst Internet cable service in this country.

    literal worst internet I've ever had in my life, can't get any connection all hours of the day. Literally terrible and suck so bad

    Updated!! - Changed to 3 stars, I met with them again as I…read morehad to return equipment and they did seem helpful and apologized about the issues, so maybe they meant well, but it seems there is a lot of disconnect between T-Mobile corporate and the stores which is frustrating all around . change my five star review to a two star because I think the people "helping" me that day really just kind of telling me what I wanted to hear. The changes I waited in store for two hours for got dropped off again the next day, they told me I was going to receive a $20 credit for waiting in their store for two hours and I never received the credit. They also told me I would get a $50 credit for applying for their credit card (which I did because I wanted the service discount anyway) but I never received that credit either. It almost seems like they were pretending to be the good guys. Original: The customer service at this store is exceptional. I encountered an account issue that was due to an error, the store team truly advocated for me. Special thanks to Mr. Pelletier, the service representative who assisted me, and to Mr. Ulichney, the store manager, who also stepped in to help resolve the situation.
