Jobo met us at our hotel at 8 o'clock sharp and from there we spent the entire day seeing the wonders of the nearby mountains. We saw more in one day than I could have managed in three days, all without being rushed at all. It pays to have someone who is intimately familiar with the area as your guide. Although the information on the signage was more than sufficient, Jobo provided additional color regarding each of the stops. Jobo was very friendly, courteous, and it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. The vehicle was very clean, stocked with ample water, and very well-maintained. I highly recommend ABest Transport and Tour Services Inc, and their "rider driven" philosophy, which Jobo exemplified. The next time that we are on holiday in Calgary, we know who we will contact for a tour.

My party of 3 landed at YYC at 6.30pm. We were told to get into the last cab on the queue. The…read moredriver asked for the destination address and use his phone map to key in the address. First, he turned at the exit further than the 1st nearer one for Deerfoot Tr south and then flew past the 64 Ave exit ramp. I alerted him to get in at 64 Ave exit, he told me I was too late to tell him so. Next, I have to direct him to McKnight Blvd to get into 4 St NW in order to go north to 64 Ave. The total cost $38.20 when the usual cab fare I paid from YYC to my house is $26 - 29 max! I told him I take cab from airport to house 4 times a year and that's what I usually pay, so how much he wants me to pay him with the extra mileage he took us around. He said $38. I paid him but decided to lodge a complaint! If you have a phone and keyed in the destination address, why are you going the extra miles? If I didn't ask him to turn into McKnight, he would have take us to 32 Ave or 16 Ave?? I have the cab number and the date and time of using this cab.

Having reached out to a number of Calgary limo providers, Pearl and her team were a delight to deal with. They responded promptly to us, had very clear quotes, and reasonable rates. Most importantly (to me) the various Paramount drivers we dealt with were punctual and pleasant, and their cars were always very well looked after and clean inside and out (and I've dealt with enough limo companies to know that's not always the case). Based on the excellent service we received, I would not hesitate to call Paramount again the next time we're in the city - nor to recommend them to anyone else looking for limo or sedan rental in the Calgary area.
